After 15teen days of update my phone is started getting stable now.
1. Battery consumption is normal now.
2. Lock screen blank problem ends.
3. Restart rate is less.... maximum once a day.
But still waiting for proper update.
Everything is normal now. Only restart problem existing. But only once or twice a day. But from two days there is no restart.... cheers :D

What is wrong with this update, my phone is totally slow now, and my baterry charge time is longer than usual, and it drains faster too. I dont get this at all, can someone tell me what to do about this lag

After updating kit kat version of Android in grand 2... I am not able to retrieve my photos which I hidden them..
The show hidden option in gallery doesn't work...
Can ne 1 help me out to resolve dis issue.

Hey i just got back my cell after replacing d motherboard
And from den after 30 to 45 mins
My cell started restarting
The screen totally becomes blue and it restarts
Any1 with the same issue...
Please tell me the solution guyzzz...

I had a problem with my grand 2. When I use in few hours it's start to turn blue & it's start to reboot again... What should I do when I reboot with the power button & volume down button?? It's come out with the custom OS.. Should I press the volume up or volume down??

I have the same problem after i upgrade it to Android 4.4.2 this morning. My phone(S. Galaxy Grand 2) keeps on restart and i can't use my phone now!!!

Yes, such as the other users: Firstly I set my Galaxy Grand2 to Auto Update using Wifi...after get auto download the 4.4.2 then the phone get immediately run the update..and the result is very FANTASTIC, you know what??? My Phone get immediate Reboot in almost 30 seconds...all buttons (power and volume) get hang up, keyboard is not working properly and so on other features...To be honest firstly I got sucks and frustrate with this call UPDATE...but after get the advice bellow from JK...in SAFE MODE..SURPRISE it works now...I hope this is true continuously working...thanks JK...:-)

Got the kitkat upgrades for my grand2 it sucks!!! My phone was totally handy before i upgraded it now it shuts down in front of my face lags a lot apps not working hangs etc!! Is this how they call an UPGRADE? lmao.

for those having a problem after the latest update just reboot your phone is safe mode, first swtich off your phone, then turn it on, when you see the samsung logo press the volume down button until it turn on, if everything turns out ok it should state a safe boot at the bottom left corner, your phone should work perfectly now, after that reboot again and it should be fine

im usng grnd2 n aftr updte to 4.4.2 kitkat my phn hng in 2 n 3 days n touch dosnt wrk at tht tim n i hav to remov m btry n thn strt my phn thn it will wrk smoothly is samsng care will fixd tht peoblm n my phn wrk lik befor n i thnk for grnd2 4.3 jelly bean is prfct kitkat nt made for grand2
