Hi..i have been upgraded to kitkat 4.4.2..but there is no too much difference from 4.3..but battery drains very faster than 4.3...pls resolve this issue immediately. ...

Hi,
So far i have not used 2nd sim in my grand 2. But when i inserted yesterday the network worked fine, however i'm not able to make or receive calls. I hear no voice/beep when i try to make call or receive calls. Can someone please help if there is something needs to be changed in settings

I have updated my Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 to KitKat and I have no problems except these :
1.Chrome fails to open and it stops unfotunately
2.Phone needs to update some apps so that it may get compatible with the latest version of Android
............ .
Phone has some impressive improvements with the S-View cover and a lot more things. I am waiting for the next update

please visit service center ....forupgrade
if u will do by own u cant blame anyone ...but service center ....if anything happens u can dance on their head...ok thanks ...forum

i facing many problem jelly bean is more better than kitkat for grand 2.

After 4.4.2 update, my grand 2 face a problem of rebooting nd rebooting nd rebooting..... I went to samsung service center nd they change my motherboard nd downgrade my phone with factory version 4.3.... Can i again update my device ???
