after upgrade 4.3 to 4.4.2 i am not able to get incoming call in sim 1 while using data on sim 2. sim1 shows unavailable when i use data on sim 2, though i m in full network zone. after data off i can get incoming call

Im also using grand2 lot problems facing day by day. One of the biggest failure model is grand 2.
1.play store not working.
2.Gps not working after 4.4.2 kitkat.
3.Mainly Videos are not downloading. Why samsung releasing so much model in fornt lot of problem..

This is the most stupidest software update from Samsung. After I updated to Kitkat, it says the mobile Network is not available. I couldnt choose Mobile Network Automatically. If I restart it works for one call , from second call onwards it displays the same stupid message. Mobile Network not available. I dont even know how to revert to old version. Never Upgrade for Samsung SM-G71.2 Grand 2 Duos in , Andriod 4.4.2 sucks for Samsung Grand.

Hello Friends I have solution of this problem.
your phone is restarting because it need finalize/complete upgrade process. but your sim card and memory card is interrupting your phone. so its better remove sim card and memory card then trun on phone for 4-5 min then you will get message that upgrade is completed successfully. after that you can put your memory card and sim card back. good luck
