Do you get stuck in a time warp of music up to a certain date?

So what do you say?
I can open the L2 and L3 Manuals for any recent model. Plus the most recent Service Bulletins and can access the Nokia website if needed.
Of course if you ask me can I really do this I will say to you no for understandable reasons.

[deleted post]Actually the figures Dani used were wrong.
11 million iPods sold in December 2008, so it was one months sales.
3.8 million iPhone's sold between Jan 1 2009 and Mar 31 2009, almost double the number of iPhone's were sold in three months than 5800's sold over 5 months. (Since the launch in November).
These figures can be easily verified from a variety of sources.

Before the 5800, th... moreHmm, I do remember about that issue. It was about two years ago. Twe switch was very unusual construction, like a little hook coming out of it. But I can`t remember the model number. We have all the models which are quite many as you know.
If you can tell me the model number I can open the service buletin for that model and post something from it so you will see that I am speaking the truth.

Before the 5800, there was a Nokia that always reset to defaults because of the poor design of a switch which turned the memory card off.
If you work in a Nokia repair centre you'd know the latest solution is to replace the phone back.
Name the phone, you should have enough information.

And did you notice that every time GSMarena writes about 5800 says it sels like hotdogs or whatever but the numbers are still 2.8 million. GSMarena is abviously trying to promote the 5800.
I am working in a mobile phone repair center and I can confirm that the 5800 is the worst made Nokia EVER!! We get them back in tons! Build quality is rubish. Simple as that.

What's that fuss ? Did NOKIA update it's 5800 firmware ? If not yet, this Comes With Music trick is useless. Why should I download the music via my mobile set when i can transfer it all from my PC. Legally or not - it's another question, and it's for each to decide.
