holy carp(deliberately).. I just checked the price of the Lumia 1020..!! Its just INR25990....41Mp with OIS v/s 10Mp with OIS...!! Yeah I can live with the extra thickness..lol..!!

I am not sure how many of you aware that Samsung Galaxy K Zoom with 10X Optical Zoom is costing Rs.19000 in Amazon for past 2 weeks ... So, I am now its a great dilemma :(

So whilst agreeing with you other comments mention the Xiaomi Mi 3 $250 and 4G LTE Mi 4 $400.
I like both phones but this is NOT eBbay.
Xiaomi is based in China #1 WORLD mobile phone users sell? now in India #2 WORLD mobile phone users.
The odds are stacked against a person acually getting this phone, and to register and fail time after time is NOT selling.
Those fortunate to actually get a phone are the lucky ones and at date 08/09/2014 there must be LESS than 200,000 Mi 3 or Mi 4, in all of India!
Here is the 830 side by side with the S5 mini http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=6638&idPhone2=6252 so clearly a challenger and maybe actually getting a 830 albeit only 10Mp to the Mi4 13mp is better as you WILL have a 4G LTE phone.
The Andriod app market is superio, as Window has many duplication and some poor apps, that simply can't be called apps and are so poor in describing themselves they have achieved ZERO downloads ZERO
The 830 does have some good features, and oddly enough is a MID range phone.
We only have to wait one more day to find out if this MID ranger is overall a much better purchase than the 4.7" Apple device, which may remain unaltered with an 8Mp camera and Dual Core

the price is not that bad. they said it would be 330euros before taxes and subsidies (which would bring it close to what is reported). its probably slightly high as is every new phone before the official release. by the time the phone is out it will probably have dropped.
the reported for this article need to be sacked though, comparing this to a moto g is like comparing a Ferrari to a Skoda.
also noticed someone mention it was expandable memory to 32GB.. that's not correct, its expandable to 128GB + you get 15GB free cloud which wasn't mentioned.

do you know that in India Nokia still has a trade-in value when compared to other brands? India is still flooded with Nokia (Feature Phones), it would take sometime to regain the floor in India with WP...
People in India want the best in terms of quality and price. Apple iPhone has Quality but price is too high...

Poor article!! Lumia 730 dual sim is the answer to moto g 2014.
Moto g:-
doesn't have clear black display,
memory expandable only upto 32 gb,
it is 11mm thick ( in a world of slim phones that is FAT) ,
no carl zeiss optics in camera,
no 5mp front facing camera,
can't install an app directly on SD card ( what a shame!!!),
battery is weaker for a battery eating OS,
poor service support as compared to nokia care ( in India).
Please article writter use a wp phone before even writing such baseless articles.
Not all crappy phones with quad core & 1 gb ram (eg. lava, micromax etc.) are equal.

That pricing is ridiculous!! Even the new Moto X will be priced lower than Lumia 830
