The problem is it eats battery usage, android apps are not compatible (yet), if you watch movies they are full hd so the qhd doesn't fit in at all. It's another gimmick, if we use our commone sense why do you need to put qhd in a small screen with a small battery? Definitely, agree with you, even the ceo's of big phone companies said it's is useless they know what they saying they been in phone industry for years.

The Note 3 has more than ample to get through a day of heavy use. Samsung says this has been increased by 7%. Plus there is quick charge and replaceable batteries.
All reports are that the Note 4 is even more responsive than the GN3 (which is no slouch).
Better battery life, a quicker device and the best screen quality available make the Note 4 the No1 device bar none.

It eats battery and it slow the phone, android appa are not yet compatible and again movies are fullHd. It's a gimmick that's why I'm not upgrading will be waiting for the note 5.

A phone's processors can only crank out a fixed number of FLOPS (floating logical operation per second). Each operation takes time and consumes energy.
It might not make much of an improvement but, given the choice, We rather have more battery and a faster phone. 1080p on a 5" screen is more than enough.

im sick of samsung. i hate apple but at least they only fill the phone with features that work. samsung pretend that every phone is an epic upgrade but all it is full of is features that suck and dont even work. im sick of samsung. been using htc onem8 for a month and loving it. samsung is dead to me now. dead.

From the reviews so far, there is substantial upgrades on the build quality, screen and both cameras.
It addition to this Samsung has improved the S Pen, multi window, battery life, processor, software and added fingerprint recognition and a few other things.
PLUS you can use it with the Virtual Reality headset.
Either way, its arguably the best phone on the market.

I got note 3 and I am using LG G Pro 2. To me both phones are best and the camera of lg is just fantastic. Batter life I think note 3 is slight better
