iPhone 6 will be sold like crazy because people who left iOS just for bigger screen now they are come back, and those who have iphone 4/4s will come to 6. And there are plenty who will come from iphone 5/5s. And i think even androids users will come because now iOS8 will be more open

your boring! can guarantee that Samsung note 4 will get no where near as many pre orders! and the note edge is not even available in the uk

Of course CrApple says there is more demand than anticipated. They've been using this marketing trick to drum up a false desire every time they release a new product.

Really not a huge fan of any brand because our company are the one providing us our smartphones and the last iPhone we had was the iphone 4, and currently using Samsung S4/Note 3 (we had the option to choose) -don't be hating. I think yes it could or did reached 4 million because maybe iphone 4 or 4s users are upgrading to the 6 and 6 Plus. I still see people using 4/4s.

I think it was certainly expected cuz nowadays iPhone users barely cares about it's "specs", just the people that are crazy about apps, useless things to put in your mobile just to say you have it, screens with huge resolutions even if you can't see if its truly or not, customizable things like changing fonts and making your device as fancy as you want to.
The iPhone users asked for a device with bigger screen and they made it, and since the 3GS all the iPhones were over priced and people still buy iPhones because of what? its quality, the felling in your hand, and of course this new iPhone isn't a big deal but it's a next gen of iPhones which is what the iPhone users want, a device with the screen larger than 4" and now its here with some improvements and idk what else i should say.
I'm just waiting to put my hands on it
And meanwhile the Samsung threads are dead...

This could be very well a method of apple's good marketing to advertise for how popular their devices are but I doubt 4 million at all. There is big competition in the smartphone segment nowadays and they won't see even the 2.2 million orders like last year's 5s..
