Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge to weigh less than 160g
Samsung teased the Galaxy S25 Edge at its first Unpacked event for the year, highlighting its slim design. Now leakster Ice Universe confirms that the Edge will weigh less than the Galaxy S25, which is 162 grams.
Max Jambor, another reliable source for leaks, adds that the phone is set to launch in Q2. This aligns with previously reported April timeframe.

The last time Samsung introduced such a lightweight flagship was more than six years ago with the Galaxy S10, which weighed only 157 grams. Smartphones have become way heavier since, and it's now uncommon for even mid-range models to be this light.
The Galaxy S25 Edge is anticipated to feature two cameras, which means it won't have a substantial periscope module. Additionally, it’s expected to forgo a sophisticated cooling system and likely adopt a plastic frame, contributing to a lighter weight and further decreasing production costs.

Clearly, you have not used a professional camera before. Many models are cheaper than a flagship phone. You can even buy two copies for the price of one phone.
