TCL details Nxtpaper 11 Plus tablet at MWC

TCL shared more details about its Nxtpaper 11 Plus tablet at MWC Barcelona 2025. The device was partially announced back at CES in January, but we are now getting the full scoop.

Nxtpaper 11 Plus debuts TCL’s Nxtpaper 4.0 screen technology, which offers updated blue light filtering and a new nano-matrix lithography technology for the screen etching process. TCL claims it achieved enhanced visual clarity compared to its previous generations of Nxtpaper panels while still supporting 100% sRGB color gamut coverage.

The tablet boasts an 11.5-inch IPS LCD with 2.2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is rated at 550 nits of brightness and supports stylus input via TCL’s T-Pen, which is sold separately. Stylus input also benefits from reduced latency.

We also learn that the Nxtpaper 11 Plus is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G100 chipset paired with 8/12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The slate is 6.5mm thick and weighs 500 grams. It features an 8,000 mAh battery with support for 33W wired charging and boots Android 15 with Android Enterprise Recommended certification.

Nxtpaper 11 Plus will start at €249 for the 8/256GB trim. TCL confirmed that Nxtpaper 11 Plus will be available across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America and additional regions starting next month.

what would be painfully slow except for gaming? People buy this tablet to watch Youtube, netflix, and browse the web.

Yeah i get it but the soc is important. Whats the point of the screen when all of the hardware is so weak that using the device becomes painfully slow ?

people buy this device for its unique display not for the SOC
