Update: A new rumor suggests the device is set for launch on August 21, and notes that a couple of high-end variants exist as well.

There may be a couple of such models - MDE6S and MDT6S (standard one is MDE6) - that are said to be powered by Snapdragon 625 SoC, sport 5.5-inch FHD display, and come with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. RAM options include 3GB and 4GB.
