Samsung Galaxy A6 series gets an update ahead of launch

Himanshu, 18 May 2018

The Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6+ were unveiled earlier this month. The devices are yet to be released, but that isn't stopping Samsung from pushing out a new firmware for them.

A new firmware (containing the May security patch) for the Indian variants of these devices has been released. The South Korean company is holding a May 21 event in the country, and the A6 series are expected to appear on stage.

The Galaxy A6 and A6+ have officially been put on quarterly update cycle, meaning they'll get the latest Android security patches every three months.

They somehow have this misconception that Asians prefer big-screen phones and Europeans prefer small-screen phones.

Why? Because you want to defend your brand and take your money for these junk phones? Grow up people! Samsung is just recycling phones up until now.
