This was my first mobile n the thing just doesn't break. I mean I hurt this poor fone so much.
But yeah, this thing isn't bad, u get wat u pay for n this thing is really simple.

Hmmm why did you choose a cheaper phone instead of buying phones check the review or use common sense in buying cheap one's gives cheap service so don't complain to nokia they are just making money for business that's what a business should look like if there are no idiots(sorry for the word) out there who will buy their products they won't sell it got my point?

quite an awesome phone, teriffic for its class and possesions(features & battery life),had it for about 8 months of exitement until it was stolen. well never gave me any problem while in service.

The Nokia 1110 that I bought came with a BL-5CA battery and yes the battery that came with it is genuine, I checked it through nokia's website.

Pablob, the Nokia 1110, 1110i, and 1112 are indeed sold with a BL-5CA battery in the Philippines, as stated in the Nokia Philippines website. In the US, however, it comes with a BL-5C battery. although you are right by saying that some shops do replace the original batteries with fake ones. Four days ago i bought a Nokia 2626 for a very low price and i realized the battery was a fake so i gave the saleslady a frown and said "this is not the original battery, miss.." and immediately she replaced it with an original BL-5C 1020 mAh battery. she even offered me a fast charger in place of the slow charger that came in with the package. she seemed very guilty. XD

Philippine Guy, you're stupid. The original Nokia 1100 comes with a BL-5C battery. Either you bought a Nokia 1110i (which comes with a BL-5CA battery) or the shop where you bought your phone changed your battery into a BL-5CA, and I suspect a fake one at that. A lot of shops nowadays sell phones at low prices, and a reason for that is because they replace the original batteries and chargers with fake ones.

Fyi, RAJIV SHOME -> Nokia 1110 uses the BL-5CA not the BL-5C

This phone is an excellent backup phone. Its very affordably. It lasted for 5 days without needing a charge while being regularly used for texting and calling. Fully charged in an hour. Great signal reception.
No frills and no fuss, just a straight forward phone for call & text! Its so great!

NOKIA 1110 is a good phone as compared to other black and white displayed phone as i got the phone for myself as my first phone but recently came to know that the battery of NOKIA 1110 is BL-5C which recently gets burts if you charge for a long period of time
so it can hurt anyone so i am worried about it. so for better selling do something for this phone

really it is very nice phone spcilly its battry.you need only 15 min to recharge your phone. i hope every persons have this phone,i know it hasnt any special thing but really it is very simple
