Hi The battery of my phone is not so Good.Hardly lasts for a day only.

I just bought the phone today and I really love it. I needed something really simple, cheap and with a long lasting charge for occasional phone users. Standby should be about 26 days. When i bought this phone thing I cared the most was long stand by time. If it lasts me a week between charges or even more then I am going to be happy. Now I have nokia 6300 and I have to charge it every two days and I don't like it since I just have the phone for emergency only basis.

i had dis fone 4 10 monts.i really like it but sometimes i want 2 have a camerafone.the keypad is friendly.the bounce game in familier & lovely.

got so frustrated with the phone. its screen failed to display but cd make calls. no technician cd fix it. when a new sreen was placed on there was no change. that was my one month old phn!!!!!!!!!!!

Ray, 26 Mar 2010Yesterday I pulled my SIM card out and put it in again. Now... moreRay, you can try the following:
1) Power off the phone. Remove battery. Wait for 2 minutes. Reinsert battery and try again.
If that doesn't work:
2) Go to the 'sent' messages folder. Delete all messages displayed there. Restart phone. Try again.
I'm more inclined towards the (2)nd option. That should just do the trick, hopefully!

normally keypad lock is left key + star, but that doesn't work on the nokia 1202, does anyone know what the shortcut is???

battery life is amazing! its my 4th day using it and the battery is still 3 out of 6 bars... cool huh? this is what i need and want. Economically speaking, and yet one is able to text and do a call without worrying about charging and stuff... do away with other apps GOOD PHONE!

I have this fone frm last one year. Till 6 months it worked very smoothly. After that it started showing its true colors.Now the situation is like --my friends say either you change your mobile otherwise I am not going to call you.Its ridiculous ...most of the times Its get hung or It is performing Switch-On/Off automation like it is running some Automated scripts to perform Switch ON/OFF procedure.
Sometimes I think about this fone otherwise Nokia who made this fully faulty fone to jeopardise customers.

I bought one in the Phillipines and it works in the UK with a Three SIM card... couldn't believe it! Amazing phone
