pETER, 27 Feb 2010one day old phone. the display screen turns on including ke... morepeter try to remove the battery from the phone for atleast 5 mins then try to activate it again. if same problem still occur bring it at any nokia service center for firmware update. it fixes the problem and it's free of charge. cheers!
i dont understand why you guys experience the echoing problem and i do not. put your volume level down to 3 or 4 only then see for your self.

one day old phone. the display screen turns on including keypad keys and the phone freezes. anyone else had this prob? has occured 3 times already. on loudspeaker i can hear my own voice as an echo. yet to test out the voice leakage prob... other than all this its a fine phone ;)

hey fellas, i can solve the problem of sound echoing in this handset as i hav solved in mine
u just need to put a cello tape on the back cover from inside on the speaker holes...... do not touch the speaker, deal with the back cover only
and bingo!!!

sai, 22 Jan 2010you know what guys. when calling, use it backwards just pu... morehow come it doesn't work? i do it my self and its the best when it comes to phonecall. the receiver doesn't gets hot, so no prob in talking long. it's compact and very light. i got 2 1202s. the other is for a present. love this phone. this is the new 3310 and 1100. quality and performance on its price!

1209 is good but very bulky
i wish nokia would would come up with something that would be compact as 1202 and non vibrating and echoing as 1209

the above features are there in the phone but the user cant activate them.why?

I really love this phone. It is small and easy carry with. Very practical to use and the feature that I need is louder speaker, stop watch, count down timer calculator and calendar. This is the things that I need to do with my daily business.

After using this Phone i relise the importance of my last Hitech phone. They are far beeter then this sort of Nokia phones.
I would prefer to get an Amold (Samsung 880) now.
