Nokia 1280, probably one of the best work phones out there if you just want to make calls. Excellent battery life. I have had no problems with this one.

phone battery is very good but the speaker is not good both normal & loud speaker and the signal drops and i have to restart the phone to get it to normal, this is a common problem with this model since this is my third exchange due to this problems and all my friends who use this model says the same thing at least in sri lanka
and the Nokia dealer is not helpful at all

guys i am using this phone ...u won't believe i have used Samsung Galaxy 3,Iphone 4 and many more phones......every phone has a sereous draw back.. and now u have bought this basic phone and I AM EXTREAMLY HAPPY with it..and i don't have any plans to buy any other phone...I will give 100 marks for the performnce..very goog phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i bought it last month for my dad...b4 getting it my dad was using a mulimedia set that he lost...when he see it first time , he was so confused that my daughter is giving me such a handset that has not any look. color display,media player , camera, usb port, audio player nor vedio player, no internet ...!!!!

i just told him one thing..
"papa plz dont mind , i think u will change ur openion after using it atleast one week"
now a days my dad sleeps with it, eat with it, it became one of the best frnd of my dad....

I just bought this model having had a simple LG model for 5 years or so. Basically, I'm not good with electronics and cell phones and this may take a bit of adjustment. However, I find that the user guide that comes with this phone has screens and things that do not appear when I try to access features so this makes everything very confusing. Most people likely would find this all intuitive; but for me, I have to read directions and they are not correct.

I'm using one for the past couple of months. I found it VFM. You should definitely go for 1 coz:
simple,
extremely user friendly,
good battery back up,
virtually indestructible,
cheap.....
If you still cant make up your mind, buy one coz it may be the last white display phone by nokia.

yes this phone is so worthy. even though it has not all the features u want,its a "good all" buddy especially for heavy duty txting,calling, flashlight, and any other purposes :)

Well i'm not sure if the phone can last to a week, but from my experience its 5 days with average use.
