Ask any1 to send the ringtones on sms...u can save those on the empty slots. or else u can download monotones and save them.

charlie, 23 Jun 2011im going to buy this phone. What is voice leakage. It's not a voice leakage actually, proper term is the speaker for ringtone and voice call comes in one speaker which is located at rear part of this handset which is technologically not good. While talking to someone the one besides you which will hear the talking than yours. For texting this good cellphone. Talking not acceptable.

It is a very good phone for texting. But in case of calling,remember there is no earpiece speaker in the phone, all we hear is the reflection of sound from the loudspeaker in backside and hence if a person is sitting beside you can hear every word you hear. And this makes the phone worst. But if you use handsfree for a call, then it is pretty good cellphone with a very low budget. I like this phone.

Yes it is a good basic phone. There are empty slots in the tone lists.... what is it for? How do we fill those empty space with other ring tones?

I think it is a great phone but its battry life is not good as compare to Nokia 1203.

hehheh . Pleasant surprise with this phone. Wanted a nokia charger. The guy in the Nokia shop said Rs.310 (about 7$) . Felt its too much for a charger. My experience with cheap alternatives haven't been so great. So got this phone for Rs.1000. (a bit more than 22$). Needed a backup phone anyway as my other backup phone, a 6+ year old Motorola C200. The other phone I own is Samsung e2370 (love it, has been very dependable). So went for this basic model, with which I would get a Nokia charger anyway.
But oh boy! I was pleasantly surprised. The phone UI is responsive to say the least! The games are also responsive. The LCD is also quite readable. What I felt great was the audio quality of the FM Radio. It was just awesome! The phone is also light and handy. Yet to use with a SIM though. And this is a very new set I got so I have no idea about real battery life yet.

I got this phone for SGD 39, awesome phone, easy to use and type. With flashlight function, it's a great army phone for singaporean male.
It's also an awesome phone for ppl working in environment where camera is not allowed.
