ok i m planning to buy one but reading many comments here about the voice leakage i may not buy it...i had the nokia 1202 and sold it for the same reason coz of voice leakage from the back side speaker...tried alot during calls to cover it wid my finger but still was not at comfort wid dat...lets see

I took my phone to the nokia care.they just flashed my phone.working fine,bt keep the "cell info display" turned off.the phone will never restart.working for me.try and comment.

What the hell!the phone restarts almost 10 times when i go back to home screen from any menu function like games or extra or call register or setting.Really stunned,nokia should atleast try to install software properly in these kind of low cost handsets.really bad.

yan, 15 Apr 2011the unit requires an external antenna. u have to buy those ... moreNo need to buy a Nokia earphone. I used broken earphones and even cut the wires with just the 3.5mm jack connected and the radio works but you have to put it in loudspeaker.

My dream phone after subsequent upgrades of basic phone from nokia 3210,3310,8210,1100(torch),1110,1112,1200,1202,1280(torch)
Pros:
(i)Basic phone who need real mobile communication without burden of gadjets.
(ii) Mono display cool and more visible in any kind of glare or sun shine with ultra low power consumption (going green)
(iii) simplicity of software make it fast for texting and cal handling variables than any high end processor mobile loaded with unwanted features 80% people does nt use just list of spec. are there main reasons to buy.
(iv) Good battery backup time more than week.
(v) very dashing and excellent fabricated keypad beat any of its predecessors.
(vi)smart design.
(vii) Torch luminousness is very perfect
Cons:
(i)Voice leakage from back side speaker.
I love this phone, Thanks to nokia for keeping it up.
