I just got this phone and I'm quite impressed with it so far. As a "basic" phone, it does the job very well. I prefer the interface to the one I had on my old Motorola and it has a nicer screen. OK, it doesn't have a camera or a music player on it, but so what? If you want those, buy a more expensive phone (or, better yet, a separate camera and MP3 player).
That's not to say it's featureless, though. It has a built-in radio, a couple of games, stopwatch, flashlight, etc - and it's available for less than £15 in the UK, if you buy it tied to a network. Who can complain about that?
As for the comment about "low sound"... huh? It sounds plenty loud enough to me!

i have recently purchased this phone.....dnt go for this phone ....it has got such low ring volume.....and the phone is very delicate

This phone is as stylish a budget phone can be.
PROS: strong vibrate features, bright LED torch, user-friendly interface, 65K-color screen is bright and beatiful.
CONS: keys are tightly spaced together (composing text messages is somewhat a chore), loudspeaker is mediocre compared to the nokia 1110i, even with the ring volume set in maximum the ringtones are not as audible as with other nokia models (missed most of my calls even inside my home!)..
VERDICT: now selling this in eBay!

...i recently purchased this for my mom
...the ringtones are not audible
...whereas SE and LG has verygood audible ringtones
...correct that, "nokia should not release the phones like a magazines..."
