Absolutely waste phone….DON’T BUY this phone….
Such a crap phONE by Nokia

Poor in ring tones, speaker is not audible at home, keypads are not spacious…

Not worth for money…

Please look for Sony Ericsson, Samsung or LG

so miserable loudspeaker.it's difficult to change cover.
no attraction color.when i press power button second time,it occur switch off button and most of the time i make it power off.

Too much Vibration in all 1202, 1203, 1661, 1662, handsets

Really Nokia is worst than Chinese phones these days.

You can get GPRS phone NKTEL, www.nktel.org at same price with Camera ,Bluetooth, mp3 player, video player etc..

I have just bought this set. its good in this price. Atleast it has quality trade mark of Nokia. I was using LG KG 195, I sold it and bought this one. although the previous one had much more features but for a commoner they are not of much use. besides Nokia is user friendly. I recommend this phone for the users who have low budget but require a stylish handset. What else can you ask for in this price.

Dont buy it !!!!

I have just sold out my Nokia 1661, which was not upto the mark. The speaker quality was very low while talking (even i set it on maximum), keypads are too difficult for typing and its plastic material was so cheap/light that could be easily breakable. THis phone doesnt have GPRS. :(

If you dont believe me, just go and take a trial use for 5 minutes.

Now, I am using Samsung E1210...which is lot better than Nokia 1661, in terms of speaker, keypad and built quality, plus it has GPRS.

I have just bought this phone and for a 35 eur phone incld tax (free of any phone provider or monthly fees) is just awesome

it is Made in Romania ( I am from Romania) and no defects so far :P .. no really i love it . it is so simple i have forget how nice is to have a phone just to call somebody :) ( former e71 owner :P )
