Nokias have much quicker bug fixes than software updates, while Samsungs dont even get a single software upgrade for their android go phones. Made me avoid Samsung after 2 consecutive phones

I would like to retract my report on this phone I made on Monday 2th March. I have been in touch with Nokia technical dept and the problem has been solved.

Purchased the Nokia 1.4 on Jan 28th 2022. Stopped working (completely blank screen) on 25th March 2022. Nokia not even prepared to fix it or even look at it without charging. Purchased this phone in an O2 outlet and they don't stock this model now. WONDER WHY !

The worst phone I have ever used. It wasn't charging after 2 months and I was told that it's down board got damaged. Not even Nokia care centre could get a replacement down board.

I'm commenting on this with it now and yesterday it just froze for a solid 30 untill someone helped me reset it again, the ringtone volume keeps going up and down on its own!!! 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

It literally has a snapdragon 215, which was announced in 2019 and was built for feature phones. This one's on you buddy.

Help!! Bought the Nokia 1.4 3 months ago and AT&T now says its not compatible with this so called 5G Rollout. So I'm out 200.00 and have to buy another phone?.. Any advise guys. Help!!

The phone is fantastic however often the phone freezes and I have to off and on the phone to get it running normally again. But this time the touchscreen just suddenly stopped and I haven't been able to unlock my phone since 2/5 in my opinion but its only because of the freezing.

At least, the Qualcomm Snapdragon is a 4g chipset, which is not bad at all. People these days are complete suckers, a decade ago, they would consider that same phone as a flagship but you know, people are too spoilt to see potentials in budget devices.
If they wanted a good device, then they should get a Samsung galaxy a03 core which has a 4g octa core Unisoc chipset

I am using this phone right now the camera is not good but is decent and the speed is ok it also has a long lasting battery just keep the battery saver on at all times and it will last 2 days or more

Bought the phone for work to save using my iPhone all the time.
It functions as a phone, sound is pretty useless, can't really play games like COD mobile on it nor can you stream videos very well as it hangs all the time, even though I have hardly used any storage.
If you want a cheap phone for texting, calling and reading stuff on the internet, it does the job. If you watch videos on YouTube, play games etc I wouldn't bother buying this.

The big problem this smartphone is the system android instaled is 32bits and Chipset Qualcomm QM215 Snapdragon 215 is 64bits. Why?
