No, 225 and 220 were made by Microsoft. 216 was the last phone made by Microsoft before hmd started making horrible products (except 3310 2g; only good phone by hmd)

This was not made by HMD Global, this was made by Nokia themselves.
HMD first started making Nokia-branded phones in 2017, the 225 came out in 2014.
In fact, the 220 and 225 were the last feature phones Nokia made before Microsoft took over...
