my sis had one,she said sound quality is good,clear fm radio,and looks like a mobile phone for aliens because of the design.

this phone is very light and slim the sounds is good and the speaker fm-radio is cool and the battery life is good either and it is cheap which makes it really good

I was crazy when I first sited the NOKIA 2300, I struggled to buy it been used with the older 3310 (called pure water in my country). (Just about 4 months old) to my surprise, I had a call, as I wanted to accept the call the phone refused to work again. Since then I have been trying to repair it but no positive result. Even I tried using computer to solve the problem but the IMEI on the phone did not show the 16 digits, it shows only ??????????? (question marks) which renders it useless since then.
Although that fault have lost my taste of NOKIA products please if you can still repair or give me clue send it to my mail box as the phone is in my museum. Thanks.

I fell in love with the phone when the first time I saw it! Waited for more than a month before I could get it. But it let me down! During the first week the phone wouldnt ring! I got a software update for it after which it keeps hanging and the screen just flickers and goes blank! And the ringtone volume is so low that I can hardly hear it even on Max ringin volume. I wasnt expecting this from a Nokia phone. It has too many problems! Nokia should do something about it!

I always recommended Nokia but Nokia 2300 has let me down.I have been Using various Nokia handsets some of which literally fell out of my pocket many times.Nokia 2300 has never fallen of my pocket or so.Still,it used to hang a lot many times.Now It doesn't even want to turn on.I just a flickering screen with no display and it's non functional.
If So many customers are having the same issue,Nokia should repair it for free

I fell in love with it immediately I saw it.It's a lovely fone.However it keeps hanging and has gone completely blank twice,with the screen's light flickering.I had to pay for it on each occasion to be "re-started",after which the radio does not work any more.I have three friends who had the same problem.All our radios are not working.why,NOKIA?It's not fair!!

its a good one & i like it very much..but the problem is it hangs some times...how can i upgrade my ver? my ver is v3.42 28.01.04 RM4(c)NMP..&.the main thing is i cant download the poly tunes....plz suggest me.thank u..

Hi,using this phone from last one year,phone work like a superman,battry work like a Generator, all i can say that this phone is 100% perfect for New and Basic Uesrs,nthe phone is Promblem less 100%,,,Thanks Nokia.

It's worth it by it's class. So far doesn't had any problem with it. But the 2300 polyphonic ringtones not sound well . Anyway, overall performance compares with the price WORTH IT.. CHEERS

All fetures r fine, but Software problem found on 2300, i think it,s a failure model to nokia. Not only 2300 even 1100 & 1108 problem have been found.

my noika 2300 just lost its memory,had to have it reload with new software.

handset is good with optimum battey life but little problem with the software part as it hungs up sometimes. version installed v5.62 25-10-04 RM-4 (c)NMP if any latest software please suggest. Ringtones need to be amplified litte more like 2600 nokia.

i am recently given this mobile one/two month he is given not problem but now
in these days his software make the
problem.other wise he is good mobile and
he is so good look and is bettery timing
is best then other mobile.
