i have this phone for 1year and 1month. the battery resist 12 days with a medium use(2minutes of calls per day)

Hey ppl, have been using many SE models before with many features like camera, BT, MP3 etc etc & finally really got fed up of all. Then I shifted to Nokia 2310 which so far sounds a brilliant hardy unit for basic voice calls & SMS. The interface is very smooth, user friendly & durable. Eventho its 65K display if you are smart you can modify a theme to match colors & make it look very neat & sharp.
For people who had problems in seraching contact do it this way.. first search for th e required contact. (at this time you cant straight go to details) alternatively just leave the keypad without touching for about 10 seconds & then the search type window dissappears & then the details click works.
Someone said that it has a USB port. NO what you see inbetween the charger input & handsfree is the technical port only to be used by technicians.
For me the phone rocks & got brilliant battery life. Worth the purchase. Cheers :O)

I am writing from Zimbabwe! My first phone was a Nokia 3310, then 1101. Having bought a Nokia 2310, my money was worth spent. The Navigation system,screen saver are very much exciting. Since the aquisition, l have heard more people coming to peep on my phone than ever, more than they did when l aquired a 1101. However, the keypad for a 2310 is less strong to 1101. In conclusion, Nokia phones are strong in general!

This phone is very sheap and simple. The best is the battery may during 4 days with litlle use. The FM isn´t stéreo (this is the bad thing) and the keypad, some numbers are dificult the pull (e.g. 3 and 6). The digit SMS is very good, and the menu is very quickily. The display ir collor but you don´t have option for input other pictures. the sound is normal. In Brasil, it´s coast USD 50,00. for talk use an listen FM.. it´s good!

I brought this phone for £19.99 with £10 credit it is simple but effective, easy to use nice and loud and the radio is useful on loud speaker. texting is easy and the battery lasts ages i charged mine sunday morning and its still nearly full 5 days later. No stupid camera or other features you dont use. It has a alarm clock that you can use the radio for and it has a calender.

phone is very good.but when i sent a sms,it saved in the sent message folder.how can i disable this feature?????????????????

im using it for my second handphone.. it is really cool.. worth it buy! The loudspeaker is so good.. the FM radio sound is just nice.. it will become louder in seconds. The weakness are - the contact search.. once u search the contact, u cant view the details and have to scrolled. but it is not a big issue at all.

I've used so many phones like K310, K510, K750, W800, W810, Nokia 5300, N70, but early I bacame fadup of all. But now I am using P910i as a multimedia mobile but due to its poor battery backup, I had to have an another phone for calls & text with a huge battery backup. Thats why I have Nokia 2310. Its really Rockzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz & using it as a 2nd phone just for talk & text. I just say that Nokia 2310 is the king of simple phone due to its powerful battery & also FM is a bonas.

I traded my new Nokia 1200 to this Nokia 2310 because the 1200's software is buggy!it always shut off compared to this unit it doesnt gives me headache...
the fm radio is a plus...
almost same specs with the Nokia 1600 with the omission of the talking clock and addition of the fm radio...

I would say only one thing its really worth the price....
Light weight and FM made it possible..
Nokia has mobiles for catering the needs of every class of society.....
Good job done by Nokia indeed.

Great basic phone. What I'm curious is why the heck does it have a usb port. I plugged the phone into my pc and nothing happens. GUESS IT'S JUST FOR SHOW.
Anyway, this is a basic phone. Good for talk and sms. it's cheap!

very friendly to use, radio is very clear, need to know message storage space.
