Nokia 2310 has a bad display. And an awkward keypad. Although the user interface is very quick. Fastest ever i have seen. I'd rather recommend nokia 6030 or motorola c 168 for a few more bucks. Both have GPRS + radio and look quite good. Thanks.

Ai bought this phone today and i can tell you that it's worth it...i mean for the ammount of money that you spend buying it it's acceptable. It's not a smartphone, it's not an edge phone...it's just a begginers phone that has a cute radio and some nice themes....as for the menu and technology i belive it's comparable to nokia 8310&&1100 meaning if you strap on a color display on those two phones you pretty much get the nokia 2310...not bad...

Can someone compare 2310 to the 2300? Does the N2310 have hanging/software/blacking out probs like the 2300? Is the 2310 FM sound quality better than the 2300? My 2300 hangs so i want a new model with FM radio. I hated the 2300 ringtones, are those on 2310 better(i know u cant really put in new tones in it)

I bought 4 of these, one for each of my kids and one for my mother-in-law. So far we're all pleased with the 2310. It doesn't have a lot of features, but I didn't really expect any for its price. My kids like the interface (which is quite kiddie), and as long as they can call/SMS me and vice versa, it's cool. It's a decent first phone for newbs.

I don't know what NOK is doing.priced about Rs.3200.They r fooling people
2310 has no GPRS,still the old mono FM, small screen, Headset(handsfree)cannot produce good sound.Instead prefere SE J230i, as it has GPRS, superb soound Quality & reception for Just Rs.2900.
