I have this phone to replace the samsung d600 because it's easy to use and it does what it has to do :to call and to sms.
Long standby time and it's no slidephone.

i think this phone is ok.
i have been using it since last 4 weeks as a replacement for my missing 6600 and i have no problem using the phone.yeah its fun using it.

This set is an ultimate set for the low budget. i have been using this set for more than 10 monthes i like the keypad and the battery of this set. The games are also good and enough memory too. But this set is not available even in the major cities. Finally its an ulimate set.

I have used this phone for over a year and it has been flawless! good simple phone with great reception! After finding that my carrier is Cingular (I have TracFone) I can download ringtones, but that's not that important to me. (I can access MyCingular for email etc., but haven't used it much) Battery time is every 6 to 9 day charge for me. I have only had about 3 dropped calls and they were more the result of the phone/service area of the other person's phone. If you're seeking a prepaid plan, these phones are still available at TracFone for a cheap price. (I'm not advocating TracFone, it just fits my needs)
don't like the fact that no mic/earpiece for phone can be found except at Nokia.. don't like their design or high price for handsfree headset.. would prefer to buy one at any local store

the fone a good although battery backup is not at all godd. hardly stays for 2days.
There is one more cheat code for BOUNCE.
Its 787899..following the code press the key1,3 n 5 to change the stages accordingly.

There is a cheat code for the game BOUNCE. The code is 787898. Type this in the game and you will never blow up your baloon!!

Nokia 2600 is a great phone even here in Sudan. My mom uses it (although I have LG) i wish I had Nokia because it really is easy to use, has lots of ringtones and who needs a camera, its good quality!

I think it is a very good phone exept for the fact the you can't download ringtones

If your Nokia 2600 phone does not show names when you receive messages, all you have to do is to ensure that in your contacts you save the phone numbers with country code after the "+" sign. Example if the country code is 44 and the number is 234355343 you would have to store it as +44234355343 even if it is the same as the country code in which you live. Cheers. I know this works.

Well Nokia 2600 is one of the best Handset i have ever used,its a very user friendly handset,I love this handset because i and my wife Zahida is using this handset from the last 1year and 6 months.
the best thing about this hanset is that i can Conferenc and speak to for people at a time..
and i often do it..
