The phone 2600 is really good it just a mattter of how you handle yours. By the way nothing last forever so people need to be aware of that. One or two years of using a phone is long enough to at laest start given some problems.
My question however is, how can I repair my cell phone (Nokia 2600) without taking it to a mechanic? Because to repair a phone here in Freetown, Sierra Leone is like buying a new one. It is so expensive. So if there is any way one can resolve problems like:networking, ringing, and putting it on when it goes off due to dropping it or putting it in water, please sent it to me. hi... i stay in bangalore... my nokia 2600 battery seems to be takin too long a time for full charge.. does that mean i have to change my battery? how much would it cost?

The mob model s gud but there s no extra things such gprs,radio---my father s using this mob;the other drwback s low volume and poor clarity

1) volume is reduced
2) display prob.

This phone si sucks. Close button position is disaster. when phone is close, time cofig is erase.

GREAT! and a BOO! It's a very useful phone without problems but no gprs and mms!!!well.........that's what i cans say for now!!!! gud luck for evrybody who reads my message!!!

well... thus it's worse but very handy at all times, it's very fun... you know i found a very cool setting..... you can activate it's gprs!!!! is swear, it's cool man!!! now i can download anything i like!!!even it's mms, so great phone!!! any1 thinks it's worse but if you get along with it, it's very cool!!! see, you can still activate it's gprs and mms!! how great!!!

Nokia 2006 is a bad phone even for beginers. cause u can't upload even photos but it's Pocket mobile, light.

Iam Rajan from Lucas, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, i have been using your nokia 2600 mobile for the past 1 year now suddenly the volume of the handset gone down I cannot able to hear the tone sound , service dealer said that ringer has gone down , iam very much unsatisified with the nokia handset from then.......

i have a question, does this phone really have EMS? 'cause i thought all nokias don't have EMS but the specs say it does. i am looking for the perfect basic phone. i had 1110, 1600 and 2310 but was never satisfied (they all have software bugs). i am now choosing between 2600 and 2610. does it really have superior battery life too? pls enlighten me. thanks.

Hello! I've been using this phone for a few months and it's a good phone...although some times lag's when i write a sms and i want to delete some letters and sometimes the image distord for a sec or less then a sec. cand somebody tell me how to rezolve this problem? i use colour themes, and i don't know witch theme is the default one and i don't want to reset the phone to factory settings. i have using n2600 for past 10 months.
now i have a serious problem
when someone call me from another place
my phone ringing along with another sound like kur kurra kur kur kurra.
this sound associated with ringtone when someone call me.
please anyone help HELP HELP
