the graphics are not that great and has a smaller screen. although it's cheap and has a speaking clock

When other phones with symbian OS struggle to get software that will screen phone calls and sms, this one comes with build in!

This is a great phone if your just after something simple, so it's really good for your first phone, because it's not to hard to use, and it's also a bit of fun, because it's got fun games, a good color screen and fun ringtones.

i'd used this phone for more than a year. the best phone i had. handphone is meant for phoning someone and texting. NOT a camera or surfin' the internet (low quality picture with slow bandwidth!!).
But some upgrade from sms to mms+ a bonus since u can download new themes'. i will buy the 2610 then ,perfect!!.:).
if you really want to take pictures, buy a true digi-camera instead of (cam +others -mp3 -additional memory slot? -os? ,high price!!) HANDPHONES and get a better ,a lot better photos for yours to keep' AND a lot better music to please(:!
i'd rather surf the internet in nice lit room.. usually!!

wen i first had this fone i really luv it... buti discovered later that it;s not gprs or mms capable, well..i'm a bit disappointed..but for those who only want a simple nokia fone this will be the one ur looking for....

Nokia 2600 is very attractive, small and smart. But i am surprised that in the day light of sun, we can not read anything from cell phone's screen.
I really need assesstent regarding this? Whats the solution of it???????????

well i just got this mobile a few days ago im from egypt btw its rly good i like it but i thought it would have bluetooth or infared but it doesnt :( and also it cant send long forward messages it short forwards i dont know why other than tht its gr8 i like it

Advantages:
This NOKIA 2600 is good enough for the people who want to use the main phone functions. It is stylish, ergonomical phone with its agenda, sms functions, acount checkings...
Disadvantages:
Its screen shows an horizontal line which brightens intsantly. It can't afford us every options pertaining to internet utility.
Conclusion:
This phone is ideal for the people who use and enjoy only a GSM functions in a rational life.

The phone is good and very attractive. However, my set keeps on hanging especially after using the calculator and switch to dual sim card. Am I alone or some people share my predicament. please advice? Thank you

this is a very nice handset.easy to use, easy to handle,good battery backup & exellent simple features. the only problem which i faced is that it sometimes hangup while having security lock.
