Nokia 2630 is not a bad phone overall, but I would think twice before buying it. I have it for 2 months now and it stuck a few times and I had to switch it off/on or take take off the battery and put it on again in order for the phone to work again.
It is light, slim and very handy, camera works fine. A larger memory would have been an advantage though. If you don't use cell phone extensivery, and considering the price, it would be ok to have.

i want to buy this phone as my backup handphone in case go oversea. and now i have question, the PC suite tat installed in my PC, can be use to both my N81 and this phone anot ? how to be able PC suite to be used for 2 different model. Thanks.

trinity, 17 Sep 2008i just got a nokia 2630 for only a week now and i found out... morebrother, go to time settings> time zone there u select GMT+9 it will be solved for u, even i expereienced the same problem.

i just got a nokia 2630 for only a week now and i found out that the time in my received messages is not right or exact from the real time that must appear when i receive the message but the clock was already set right.
ex. i received the message at 9 in the morning but when i scroll down the message to chek the time its 12 am.
does anybody experience this kind? what will i do? kindly help. thank you.

I want to buy a Nokia 2630. I want to know is it has a voice recorder? Can I save notes? Whether the calculator it has is scientific? Is its camera quality better than that of Nokia 5200? Please help me. Thanks.

i'm enjoying this phone. So typical of nokia being easy to use. I've had mine for a week now. After i did the inital charge of 8 hours, i got 56 hours out of the battery. I also like the editing softwarwe that you can do to the photos you take.
a great idea for keeping kids ammused!! I wish it had a built in mp3 player for lots of songs and it would be handy if it could be connected to your pc via cable.
the layout for the menu is great and the loan calculator is a great feture to. I see there's a money handling function as well. i'm yet to try this out so maybe someone else could post a comment on this handy feature!!

there is also color white..^^ well, this phone is so cool but has no memory card..T.T but it's cool.. i have cellphone like this..

(You can get games for some models, but it installs a feature where your phone will wap advertising to you. with other content, this doesn't happen. My LG has over 70 mp3 ringtones now.) You can also make your tones as well!! I've been using this site for 6 months. When a new song comes out that I really enjoy, i goto to zedge and get the tone for free.
I've been cheating at the moment. I got my old motorola (with my old sim card),connected to the pc via cable, download the tones onto it then bluetooth it to the nokia. I like the loan calculator it has too!!

display tends to go totally blank and speaker buzzes.also ringtones go haywire and sound is really bad. apart from that very flimsy phone

This Cell phone is totally awesome... I've been using nokia for about 3 years and i feel this is great... Only the thig is no memory slot for extended memory and no cable fits this phone.. dunoo why.. other wise i love it.. Best thing is its weightless n sooo slim...!
