Wiwi, 22 Aug 2008How to download or add an MP3 to this phone? Thanks a lot.Download PC Suite first http://europe.nokia.com/A4144905 , then you can do everything. Connect it via bluetooth to your PC, and manage files - sam for mp3 files, photos, notes etc .... bit if you want to use mp3 as ring tone - then better edit mp3 track with Wave Lab or Sound Forge, and make your own ring tone :)

Obviously, it would be much easier if this mobile had a dedicated volume key.

I have a problem... I set up the date and time and it shows the right time on the screen and another time on an sms for example...Does it have to do with the GMT on the time??? In Greece we have +2 i think...
I can't fix it...plzzzzzzzzz

for a VGA camera, this is good...better than other 2.0MP phones, i like it, it's slender and slim, easy to carry and stylish too, i have the white one so it's neat and clean ... i love music but this is not the type though ... just for pictures only ... planning to buy the Moto W230 for the music stuff, can anyone recommend other phones which is affordable just like W230 and music phone at the same time???? i want to maintain 2 networks that's why instead of buying an MP3 player, would rather buy W230 to have an MP3 player and phone at the same time ...

This is a fine phone.
It has plenty of functionality and it is well priced. Phones go out of date so fast that you are mad to get anything more expensive.

Getting phone next week. my last phone was an LG ku970 shine. i loved it's mp3 player/ringtones... I'm really not worried about 3G. just want a phone with mp3 ringtones, bluetooth and pc connectivity. I use pc cable to install ringtones, pictures and video to/from pc to phone...... mp3 playeer would be a bonus, but will live without it.... I live in rural australia with access to 850Mhz or 900Mhz 3G (depending on carrier). or 900Mhz GSM....If you were in my shoes, would you be happy??

Please could someone explain the favourites folder in messages. one of my contacts was written there. somehow I added another and the first contact's name was replaced as folder name by word "favourites". I added my 5 frequent contacts but then texts would go to all of them rather than individuals. Is it possible simply to list five frequent numbers I text rather than have to go through all my contacts? nothing in the manual Thank you

a basic phone. slim, fast web with edge, cheap with tft. sound is really bad when the volume is set upper to 8. a great phone. bluetooth adds a point.
