i bought this phone two days ago for smartphone detox as i became too addicted to that infernal machine. i thought this phone will be like in the good old days but i was wrong. the battery life is horrible, the phone has serious lags and the worst: i spent hours downloading music from youtube as mp3 on my laptop, put it all on a sd card, put the sd card into the phone and then the nightmare happened. at first it worked just fine, a few hours later i wanted to hear some music while walking the dogs and noticed the music didnt start at all. i tried with another song and the same problem. so i put out the sd card and put it back into the phone. AND THE STUPID PHONE BROKE MY SD CARD COMPLETELY! no phone and no laptop can detect the sd card anymore. its just broken. all the music is gone, all the hours i spent downloading for nothing. fuck this shit.

This might be the worst consumer electronics item I've ever owned. The three button placement on both sides at the top of the keyboard is designed for people with lilliputian hands. the ui is slow (!) and lags regularly. the keyboard mapping seems to be designed to slow down keystrokes, which is understandable because the keystroke recognition is abysmally slow. the capitalization rules are only intermittently followed by the phone's software leading to sentences like "hEY, how's it going?" it crashes regularly. and the text editor is only a slight improvement on a stone tablet and chisel.
i want a flip phone because i have no need for a computer in my back pocket (or wherever one places one's phone). i need it as a phone (send and receive calls gracefully) and text message producer/consumer. it does neither of these as well as my previous flip phone because it's loaded with relatively useless features so it can mimic a smart phone badly. I would not ever suggest owning one of these phones. I'm tossing mine.

I HATE THIS PHONE!
less than 6 months old this phone is garbage - people can't hear me half the time - the phone died yesterday & wouldn't come back on until I took the battery out, then today its buzzing away only theres no screen and no buttons work! I HATE THIS PHONE!

I will never buy a keypad phone again, too trash

There's a reason why Motorola and Samsung had stopped manufacturing keypad phones. Keypad phones lacks potential. A high quality MP3 player has at least a built in Bluetooth 5.0 chip while these feature phone still are Bluetooth 3.0, still with edge connectivity and no WiFi and hotspot which is a must in electronic device these days

Everyone stated that they want a flip phone but sincerely these keypad phone are borderline unusable. You'd be better off buying a blackview a60 3.5g smartphone which cost the same but is more convenient for light users. The blackview comes with the usual Google mobile services, has 16gb expandable with micro SD card slot, and 2gb of ram, not the fastest but beats a feature phone by far

Removable batteries are trash and has always been. No wonder why I'm glad that removable batteries has disappeared from the smartphone segment. I remember back in the days of my LG k8 and galaxy grand prime plus where they randomly shut down at 60 percent after barely 2 years of use while my friends older iPhone 7 plus with 5 years of use still has 81 percent of battery life

Battery life is only 3 hours, while the box says 27 days! There is no way to turn off the phone other than removing the battery, long press on power button brings the emergency information.

This phone is a nightmare!
Search window in contacts disappears and does not come back at top of page.
The time is correct on the front page but is an hour behind in message notifications.
preinstalled games cannot be uninstalled.
QR code reader does not work selectively, especially with covid check in.
Notifications are only chimed once....no subsequent reminders.
The phone only rings four times then goes to message...this cannot be changed.
only one shortcut can be set at a time.
Assistant listens for a very short time and then cuts out mid sentence.
sounds and ringtones are very limited. I have a good ringtone but notification and alarm cannot be customized.
I could go on forever but I have to go and buy a proper phone now.

Had this phone since it came out! But don't use it much! Found battery life only 2 to 3 days at first! However let it run flat several times over a year and now the battery lasts up to 14 days without switching off! It is useless as a smartphone but fits snugly in your pocket and is good as an emergency phone! The Nokia 3310 is a far superior basic phone to buy if you hanker after a phone from the good old days! However this is still a very stylish phone and looks good!
