Bought this phone 3 months ago and I regret it. Should have bought another one.
this phone is sucks, and not because lack of funcionalities (that's fine. I bought it for this reason) but the phone just keeps crashing, has A LOT of bugs and is slow as hell. Impossible to use. literally.

But if I get this I still need that cursed smartphone because in my country everything goes to stupid apps.

Excellent phone and a brilliant way to detox smart phone usage. I've been using this phone for months now instead of a smart phone and had no real deal-breaking problems. However, I will say the OS needs an update. Why? Well the predictive text is broken making simple texts a pain to do. This is a known issue that reportedly has been fixed in newer versions of the firmware. It struggles with some punctuation (it's practically impossible to type 'I'm' for example, whereas it does have a workaround for other words), making you send texts that make you sound like a moron. Otherwise it's a fab device and I love flipping it out and hearing people go "ooh what's that?"! Just let's be having that update please Nokia!

Before buying it, P... moreBought the phone charged the battery 100%, 5 hours later with usage 0%, brought it back they replaced the battery recharged to 100% without usage 12 hours later flat, had the phone replaced recharged 100% without usage 9 hours later flat.

This is the last day using this device. Here are new issues I found:
- You can't record calls.
- You can't send SMS to the caller (I'll call you back) !
- Call logs holds only five days !
- Contacts are 1000 maximum !
- Searching contacts is dump. you can't search using part of the name !
- Battery management is horrible. Suddenly it powers off without any sort of "power Saving" mode!
I swear, my 11 years old Nokia E5 was pretty much smarter than this device! Please revert back to Symbian 60. KaiOS is a piece of hell.

I purchased and used the phone for about 1 month. It's light, small and looks good as expected. However, I'm extremely disappointed of its battery life. It lasts less than 1 day with 4G on and about 1 full day with battery saving mode (no usage).
A deal breaker for me.

I'm a customer of Nokia products for 20 years.
I decided to get Nokia 2720 Flip to get basic connectivity (Mainly Email, and WhatsApp).
My experience is a great shock. How come you are limiting contacts to only 1000 entry?! we are in 2021. I spent a whole day filtering my contacts just to fit into this tight space!
Where are simple functionalities like Copy and Paste? I could do this easily 10 years ago using my Nokia E5 with its brilliant Symbian OS. KaiOS is such a retrograde!
Searching for contacts is another mess. I have to write the whole name accurately to get the contact!
Where's WhatsApp Web? I know it's out of NOKIA hands, but they can ask Facebook for this important feature.
With this price tag, I expected a good device make, smart phone with basic functionality, and a good camera. I found None !
I'm so disappointed and shocked. I will throw the handset into the nearest drawer just for emergency!
