I used this phone for 6 months, its Nokia's worst phone ever i used. Keypad is hard to press and very noisy, memory card's process is very slow. Internet is good but ebuddy and other applications get disconnected. Overall it is a crap and waste of money.

When i try moving files to memory card, it says operation failed. I put it off, took out the memory card and put it back in but i still get the same feedback. I want help on how to solve that prob.

It is good for a first phone,has ok memory but is not bad to text with but if you need to text fast try another phone. Its good for a starter phone just got one myself seems good to last. I think it is a good phone!

those frnds who r having problem in watching video on you tube.they must go to apps and then in games and to site nokia.mobi and they mst download nokia browser beta.in that u wont have any problem in watching video

Nokia 2730 classic is one of the worst phone produced by nokia. But surprisingly it supports 8gb memory card. I've tested it.

Nokia 2730 classic is good phone but i have some problem in this phone-
1.it have preinstalled youtube no video run when i want to watch any video on youtube then music player open and two error msg shown "nothing to play" and "operation failed".
2.ebuddy,fb chat and nimbuzz not work in my phone.
3.loudspeaker sound is very low.

this phone is pure garbage. you cannot use it underwater, cannot use it to flip burgers and its useles 100 feet under. good things are :
- good battery life
-cheap, more affordable than gas
-easy to use, looks like crap tough
BUT IT IS INDESTRUCTIBLE!!! you can use it to bash your friends heads in!

Hi, I've been using this phone for the past 6 months and i'am pretty satisfied with this.
Positives:
1. Good browising speed with preinstalled Opera browser
2. Battery stays more than 2 days on a recharge of 3hrs
3. Excellent voice clarity could make and hear calls even in heavy traffic.
4. Design, colour & Looks
Negatives:
1. Very hard to type msg and no. with its keypad
2. Slow processor

First thing to do would be to back up all your contacts and messages (either using Nokia PC Suite, or the backup function on the phone and backing up to your memory card).
Then, try performing a 'soft' software reset - try typing in (or calling, I guess) #*7780*, and then follow the instructions.
If that doesn't fix the issue, you can search for 'Nokia Software Updater' and do a 'hard' reset. If you connect your phone (specific USB cable required) to your PC, and search for updates using that software, it will tell you none are available. But it will give you the option to reinstall the software.
Try the first option before the second option... one of those should work.
If neither do, it's either a hardware fault or something that is likely unresolvable.
