Please, ¿anyone can tell me if Whatsapp works fine on the Nokia 301 single sim?.
And another thing, removing the battery problem, what usually goes well the Nokia 301?.
I ask because I need a wide keyboard phone with Whatsapp. And the Nokia 301 looks good

Coming to the point directly battery life is too short i just cant believe the way it was projected in the company site....
Too poor battery life not even comes for 1 day only calls and no internet usage.....
Company should take action or else we need to esaclate......

Yesterday I bought this mobile phone in Portugal, and the first thing I did was the update available. Then i charged mobile phone at 22:00 and this time already spent 12 hours, and made calls, facebook, two e-mail accounts and the battery remains in maximum.

i) Speaker clarity
Godd clarity and quite loud
ii) Ringing volume
Good volume
iii) vibration alert
incredibly weak and pointless
iv) camera image quality
very good and some cool features
v) video recording quality
reasonable for 320*240
vi) music player, equalizer.
there is no equaliser (sorry)
vii) support to .AVI video files
hit and miss, may work or may not
viii) support to .MP4 video files
it works as far as i am concerned
ix) Battery backup
one of the worst battery life I have seen in a phone (24-30 hours)

I thought I would give this one a try and what a mistake I have made what a heap of junk, battery is awful despite quoted times by Nokia don't know what planet they are on but talk about false advertising.
Also have a problem now with camera it freezes every time I click to take a picture I have tried pulling battery out and hard reset etc it does work again but fails 5 times out of 10 and resets itself.
Nokia are aware of the problem with battery and released an update now because this phone does not support PC Suite at all the phone has to be updated OTA (Over the air) so I think great I am on my 10th time trying to update it and never get past 45% with message coming up such as update cancelled or server cancelled update etc etc.
Very mad Nokia don't seem to care they do not answer any problems on there support forums and there customer service dept is a joke.
Always supported Nokia but since I bought a 206 and that was full of bugs I thought I would give them another go with 301 wish I didn't disappointed in Nokia.
