Just bought this phone 5 days ago.. The reason because of the HSPA 3.5G phone.. But internet connection is very bad even in 3G cverage area..i feel cheated by Nokia..whatsapp, email, nokia nearby, exchange dosnt work at all. I think they just focus on lumia and asha model only..

I would not suggest anyone to buy this phone. The only good thing about this phone is its camera and voice clarity. I am having a lot of problems with this phone. Opera mini web browser doesn't work perfectly on this phone. It stops displaying web pages after 25-30 minutes of browsing and dosen't open the new ones. Then you have to close it by holding the call drop key (red one) for a few seconds then start it once again and then repeat the same process after 25-30 minutes. It is even worse for uc browser v9.1 it stops working and shows application error just after browsing 10-11 web pages. It isn't compatitable with whatsapp. The phone also has some colour issues. The colours seem to wash away after using the phone continuosly for 30-35 minutes, especially the dark ones. At this price tag you have a lot of options and you can choose some other phones instead of buying this crap phone.

After being refunded for my 301, I have eventually switched to a budget LG Jelly Bean smartphone.
The battery life and the audio voice quality are better than the 301 (!)
I am too glad with all the Android features but I'll miss the good old Nokia keyboard.
By the way, I'd never have thought that Nokia would show me the way to Android ;-).

i have been using the 301 for about 1-2 months. Not impressed. SIM2 has no signal most of the time - appears for a few hrs, then disappears! at times, screen freezes for about 30 secs. Weird! i waited 3 months to buy this model, and now feel that it wasnt worth it. Sad!

I believe Nokia 206 is the best choice among the models listed by you. It is relatively cheap and no problems are found in its performance. The battery life is good, lasting a good week with two SIM cards on standby. The network reception and call quality are both good.

I like Samsung S5610 a lot (reasons: quality, design, solid, well made), but it is a bit old now (released at August-2011). Nokia 301 has got good design and looks modern in and technology, but it has got bad battery and low voice quality. The rest of models are intermediate solutions to me, most of them look like cheap plastic toys, instead of solid quality phones.
Do you know if a sucessor of S5610 is going to be launched? What model would you choose?

I used it 2 or 3 year.cedar internal memory and ram very high.it can run java games above 3 mb too without any lagging and can install plenty of app or games.amazing mobile.all java mobiles now releasing won't support such higher games.I have a java supported micromax shit which won't support even an application above 200kb.I don't know about Nokia on this view.but I m really disappointed about stopping of basic java mobile from Sony.

2. Battery problem is there, but I believe, it may be due to some bug. Nokia may be working on it and release some update. But is it not giving even 3 days for voice usage?
