Phone owner,
How long it takes for you to fully charge the phone by using the stock charger?
Also, does anyone charge using computer USB port? How long it takes for a full charge?
I think I noticed a difference between the charging time versus the battery life. One phone was unplugged straight away after the phone indicates the battery was charged. The other phone was left charging overnight. It turns out that the phone that left charged overnight seems to have a longer battery life.
Need someone to confirm this.

Paul, 30 May 2013The sound quality depends on local operator and signal.In my situation, the operator is the same, would I use the 301 or the 5310. But sound is better with the 5310.

Regarding voice quality, I experienced a poor reproduction of higher frequencies. It did not seem like a wideband transmission even though, as per specifications, 301 features HD voice based on AMR-WB codec. By the way, 301 does not use EFR codec. Is it a problem of compatibility with my operator ?
I also noted that, in most of the cases, I needed to push the volume at max level. I never experienced such an inconvenience with the 5310 nor the 3109 classic.
Once again, this is just what I noticed. Any other feedback is welcome.
Regarding Gmail: email sync is ok but I did not try to sync contacts.

You have confused me. Do you suggest this device to others or not?
And if you're using it, please tell me if its possible to synchronize gmail contacts with Nokia 301.
