Also this phone is all good. It has many positives so no point in repeating them. I will list some negatives so that the readers know everything except them is all positive as far as I am concerned.
1) The menu buttons and the call receive and end buttons are designed such that their edges stick out while the rest of them are caved in. So one has to press the edges which can take a few days to get used to and may feel hard at first but it's not a problem with use. Ditto for the 4-way navigation button.
2) The volume control button on the side of the phone feels loose when one's finger suddenly moves over them. But the button is firm to press.
3) The design is sober and classy. But it could have been a lot better like say Sony Ericsson phones. Such a design coupled with the quality and features of this phone would have been everything I could ask in a phone :)

The case of this phone is very classy, high end looking with smooth rubberized sides and back. It feels very, very comfortable to hold because of the rubberized surface. However be careful of hard and sharp pressure on the back of the phone because the rubber might develop shallow, tiny cuts. Not a problem if you don't keep the phone amongst things with sharp edges in say a bag or a briefcase. It should be fine in your pocket.

i buy set today its very nice it have many of options which i want. i want to ask one thing, can i make movie more than 15 sec. i mean i have 1 Gb memory card and i want to make movie minimum 1 hour. is it possible in this set. thanks

I have bought this phone and the sound quality is realy good. I have yet to connect earphones to it and load my mp3 files to a microSD slot but the ringtone sound quality is excellent.
the buttons took some time getting used to because they felt a bit stiff but it comes real handy when you need to type a fast sms and push in the buttons as it feels natural.
I like the camera because i never had a camera phone before.
The games are awesome. Snake 3 is a 3D java game and looks amazing. I want to start creating games for this phone in J2ME.

Wallaa 3110c users! I was a 3110c user. I've sold it last night @ 300 Malaysian Ringgit to some1 compare only 200 Malaysian Ringgit if i sell it to any phone shop, coz I'm tired of the reboot prob.
Here is my suggestion, but i think it is the only way to stop ur phone from reboot mny times.
I'm very sure ur phone will start rebooting when u switch on ur phone or refreshing music's library.
1stly, after it reboot for the first time, quickly change the theme to standard theme.
Menu>press left & select it(for Settings menu)>press down(for Themes menu)>press the centre navigation button repeatly to quickly open the Theme menu and selecting one of the theme until it shows "Theme selected". Repeat these step until ur phone stop rebooting.
It works for me, & evreytime it rebooting, I made it only in 1 time & it never rebooting again after that!(except when I switched off & swithed on again)

I love this phone but make me sad with the reboot problem & now I'm planning to buy 5700 which is the greatest ever phone made by Nokia even compare to n95.y? 1st, coz of it 2.0mp camera with flash.Each phone that has secondary camera for video call are VGA or CIF (n73 make your environment looks green). But 5700's camera for video call is the only one camera on that phone, the same camera u use for taking pictures or videos, & it is TWO MEGA PIXELS! Can you imaging how clear is your face when u are making video call?! 2ndly..it has best stereo speakers with 3d sound fx, left speaker is on left top & right speaker is on right bottom, both are place at side of the phone(not back of the phone like n95 or top of the phone like n73)..when u are wathcing video, u can feel the high quality stereo sound(with high quality bass). 3rdly, it is cheapest than lagging n crunchy joystick n73 phone.

Hi!! Just bought this phone today and i must say that, it ROCKS!! People that owns this 3110c should be proud of it because it only represents them being a wise consumer. It gives ALL the features of a high-end phone in such a low price! And common to all Nokia phones, the telephony performance also wasn't compromised in this affordable yet feature-rich phone. Good network reception, 2000 phonebook entries and ofcourse the best keypad ever! Thumbs up for Nokia for letting the poor to mid-class people experience luxury. Truly consistent and compliments for what it shouts: "CONNECTING PEOPLE". HOORAY!!!! Well done Nokia!

Actually I heard that after downloading some softwares from the net one can run pdf and other files on it.(that is like converting this phone into a symbian phone)....is this true...?

best memory size is 512 or 1GB. However don't completely fill it up with music or other stuff. Create seperate folders in the mem card. No you cannot run PDF or office docs - that luxury is only for Symbian phones.

I had the same restart problem after installing a 1GB microSD. After I created separate folders for music and photos, the restart problem went away. Its possible the root directory of the microSD couldnt handle the large files I put there..

Hi guys,
I am planning to buy this phone and I have went through a lot of its reviews and opinions and found this to be a good one with reasonable price.The only thing I want to know is that what is the best memory size to put in it so that the restarting problem can be overcomed. And would also like to know if I can run pdf files on it through any software....

to all 3110c users with Restart Problems:-
1. Do not completely fill up the mem card. - Leave atleast 10 - 15% space free.
2. Use Nokia PC Suite to convert the music to M4A format at mobile optimized 48 kbps.
3. Do not use downloaded fancy themes.
4. Manually restart the phone when you have transferred the music.
5. Update your music library.
I take these steps ... and after 10 months of use, ... I am a happy 3110c customer ... Never faced Restart Problems

check your cable if you inserted it properly. if you have a memory card, it will be detected even without a driver as a flash drive.
