Lol, me don't have any restarts prob wat so ever, my firmware version is 4.91,manufacturing date april07, i bought it on 27 may thou, but anyways i am more than happy wit you guys throwing comments at me :)so no more of voluntary work i guess,thank ya all

Hey olivepagla its ok dude,guess your unlucky,but anyways,to all the other guys who are confused,i guess there wil be no further confusion or conflicts,cause i won't be updating these post anymore,but anyways for ppls who want to know from me i wil post one further comment wit my email id on it,and for Nik, dude i wil give you some codec for both audio and video n a video converting software,using that you can convert .dat,avi n other video files into 3gp n mp4 files in almost dvd like quality n play it on 3110c,but you need to have some space on your memory card cause each 3min video clip wil be like 8-9mb,but considering the audio quality is almost as good as mp3 its worth it,and for Priti you should surely be going with Se w810i, way better phone than both 3110c n 5200,the price difference is also gr8,i don't know why your even considering se w810i wit the other two nokia phones :p but anyways between 3110c n 5200, the 3110 classic is better,it has a 1.3mpxl camera,everything else is same as 5200. Nokia 3110 classic is a superb phone no doubt about it only if:
You get like mine ver 4.91 manufactured 7-20-07
it never restarts or reboots even w/ my 2gb Sandisk mircosd works like a charm even if put animated wallpapers or GIFs - unpdated it w/ ver 5.50 and still stable
my friend who bought a ver 5.01 had problems w/ his unit restart w/ media player whenever its upadated, have to format the memory card again to make it work - i updated it to ver 5.50 and still there are reboots though a little bit seldom - just use nokia theme & nothin else

Hi,
Recently I got new problem with this phone.
I was updating music library. But it got restart that time. And continuously restarting every after 3 sec.
When I removed memory card, it is working fine. Is there any problem with the memory storage? because I read some posts.. few are having same problem.
Please help me. :)

Nomore 3110. Is there anyone who uses nokia 6120. Pliz advise me. Should I switch on 6120? Is 6120's music quality and downloading is superb as 3110.

Yes, Tanzil is wright. Except GsmArena, no one I can rely on. I'm too want to buy my nokia if gsm arena publish a detailed review on nokia 3110 classic. It's a request to gsmarena. Please help us to judge the real truth about the real good.

Can any1 tell me how can i experience mp3 using this phone. When i go to update music library my mobile phone gets itself out of control. I am using a Kingstone 2gb memory card. When i disconnect memory card then everything is ok? Is there any solution for this problem? I've bought this phone 3days ago and now i m not being able to listen music. Basically i can't use memory card with nokia 3110 classic. I want to get rid of it. Can anyone help me? Shall I purchase a new one? I am messed up. I am worried. I dad will never give me a single penny to buy a new one? What should I do?

I'm gonna buy nokia 3110 but different users r saying differenty. It's very confusing. There r no review on Nokia 3110 classic by gsmarena which would be the most reliable thing to buy this phone.

@JOHAN, i m sori brother. when my favourite 3110 betrays with me i cant control myself. i posted my fon's IMEI number to nokia's official website n it said my fon is original but why it's performance is not dat reliable, i don't know. but it's obviously true dat nokia 3110 restarts.

who told u i never used 3110. i use 3110 bcos my 5700 has no dual fon facility. however, pliz don't let our comments to be a clash. i will never btray with u. i m extremely sori. actually, i love my 3110 very much but when it btrays there is no way to behave unless crying. b4 buying 3110 i saw it's superb features on gsmarena. but after reading ur posting i think some how i m unlucky dat my favorite fon i have got is a result of victimization n i m da victim. however it's a part of life. don't mind. i m sori for my bhav. pliz 4get dose funny postings.

had this phone a long while now
good phone apart from the poor camera and the stupid 2.5 mm audio socket.
you cant buy decent non bluetooth headphones for this phone..and the adaptors from 2.5 to normal 3.5 size in most cases do NOT work properly with it...these two problems are a proper let down on an otherwise good product

buy TRANSCEND micro sd card 512 mb
till now i have not faced any problems
my mem card is filled upto 360 mb.
i have a folder in it
actually a lot of users have complained that creating folders is one of the causes of restarting.
n most of them actually use KINGSTON.
i donno wheather there is any compatibility issues with the kingston
transcend is working absolutely fine
