hey guys this is a 30 series phone and hence requires
ultimate care
its not meant for rough use
the phone generates heat its due
to excessive use of gprs
music player more than 2 hours can also generate heat
i normally use this phone for internet purpose in pc!!!!!!
i use a aircel as my operator
and its just awesome
u wont believe it provides a download speed of 20kb/ps
isnt that a cool feature
but the only default is it generates heat
so i just wet a waste cloth and cover the phone
and there is no heat problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My nokia 3110 have some problem that i couldn't solve by updating it's software from nokia care. 1st problem,,, phone memory blocks automatically. No files in phone memory. Only an 48kb theme applied. All files and sms, note, videos, applications, everything in phone memory are deleted. But the amount of free memory is only 5.3 mb. 2nd problem,,, email menu vanished. One day when i pressed on email menu it showed invalid application, then application not found, then it's gone. 3rd problem, starting time of music player is getting longer day by day. I had those problems before updating and now those have returned again. Plz if you know how to solve?

Upgrade your phone to 7.21 restart problem will be solved. To check your current sof ver press *#0000# in home screen. Flashing during missed call and messege received is not a problem. Its a profile setting. You can turn it off in profile by turning off light effects in profile.

My phone used to work just Fine.But recently whenever i connect this phone with USB to my PC,my PC doesnt detect the device but previously it used to work fine with USB and i had no problem at all transfering data to my PC.Also i should tell that i do connect other phones to my PC and they are working just fine so there is nothing wrong with my PC.Please Please tell me what to do as I need to connect my phone to the PC ALOT PLease Please help me out and tell me what to do???????

How to go to NEXT month, in the calendar? If you know any shortcut, please share. But here is one way which I know.
Press any digit 1-9 and it will go to that date of the current month. Or you type any number 1-31 and that date will be reached.
Press the same digit again and it will go to the same date of next month and next month and so on. So that can be a shortcut for browsing by month.
For example, press 5, it will go to 5th of this month, press 5 again, it will go to 5th of NEXT month etc.
Press 0 and you'll be back in a flash!!!

i am really satisfied by this cell,i love the keyboard coz i do sms more.....i am expieriencing automatic restart of my cell & also my cell flashes whenever i get an sms or miss call something like that.....do i have any problem?any solution?

I have the phone for almost a year and it was dropped twice and it still a working phone.......... It fits my hand..... perfectly and the applications are easy to use....:)

For setting APN manually, select NO for "use preferred access point" and continue..
