u all guys have experienced firmware corruption and restarting of the phone automatically
the reason is simple if u overuse the phone the phone generates a considerable amount of heat
by this there are possibilities of firmware data getting erased or corrupted
so i request all of u to use gprs for not more than a hour
if u connect ur cell to the pc for internet purpose
provide it a cool base so it
doesnt get heats up
and then u see ur net performance goin smooth and fast
provided for cooling purpose do not dip it in water
ur's sincerely

and that is to just flash ur cell
at the nearest nokia care center
this is a common problem with n3110c
so no need to panic
if ur cell is in workin condition
u can directly update the firmware
from home
but u need to have the nokia software updater
that u will be getting from
www.nokia.com
and secondly ur pc needs to have a minimum of 256mb ram and a 1ghz processor
before u can continue with the installation

instead of goin at the care center and pay for the update

Guys... 3110c is a great phone,,, it support 2 gigabyte of memory, the firmware and the software is fine,, download only .jar files that supports the phone,, 3110c classic is a series40 not a series60. here are some tips so your nokia 3110c will not hang up, dont use mp3 song files instead use .wma files it consumes lesser space.

i have been using my nokia 3110c from the past last 1 yrs
i have been experiencing a firmware corruption
can any one suggest how can i flash my mobile
at home..............
i is there a different cable for flashing a mobile
or a software used to flash it

aster0id, 18 Sep 2009i had removed my vodafone SIM and put my friend's loop mobi... morethis is because your friend's sim contain virus which is enter into your phone and your software has been corrupted. Go to your near nokia care center to update your nokia phone software

i recieved a file from a friend,and after this my music player is not loading the music on my memory card any longer.i formatted the memory card thinking thatit was the memory card but to no avail.i removed the memory card but the phone is still viewing the songs on the memory card but colud not play any time it opens the music player.
thought of flashing the phone but am so confused.
what can i do to play songs using the music player.

Hello guys,many of the people have arisen a complain abt their 3110 that they r unable to browse www sites,orkut,etc......don wory here comes a new web browser software known as bolt lite....to download dis application u can visit www.boltbrowser.com......u can browse any web site accroding to ur wish.....u can browse orkut,facebook etc ....whatz more....u can browse at a very good speed and lower cost than the phones web browser......i am frank....u can try dis 2day itself...thanku
