3120 user, 11 Apr 2009Hey guys, i bought a 3120 classic 2.5 months ago.The phone ... moreanother workaround is to delete the apps using network connection and re-install them. for sure they will be verifying your network connection before it completely installs. after re-installation is complete, do not fiddle with your phone's internet settings or access points.

3120 user, 11 Apr 2009Hey guys, i bought a 3120 classic 2.5 months ago.The phone ... morethere are two network settings to opera mini or other third party mobile browsers-- these are http and socket. just go to network settings of opera mini and try between those two. as you probably know, installing the browser requires you to connect to the internet, which is then used as a default by opera mini as the default setting. the two options for network connections allow you to either use the native http setting required by the in-built browser, or the socket setting that is mostly used when you are connecting your phone to a computer as a modem. for example, in philippine's globe the "myglobe connect" setting is for http connection while the "myglobe inet" (or myglobe internet for postpaid) is for socket connection.

Annie, 05 Apr 2009I recently bought this phone, and have to say that I am not... moreexiting the music player and the music still plays is called multi-tasking. it lets you play the music while doing other things with the phone. i'm not sure why you complain about this feature, when it is pretty much standard among music playing phones. with any of my current phones (se k800i and lg viewty), i don't have to bring a separate dedicated mp3 player as i mostly have enough memory for 300-500 mid-quality song files. i just create playlists on my music player and let it play in the background when commuting. that way, i still can listen to music while browsing the internet or chatting.

3120 user, 11 Apr 2009Hey guys, i bought a 3120 classic 2.5 months ago.The phone ... moreYou must set the access point as prefered access point.And be sure that the access is for gprs and modem purpose not for portal purpose.For example in India you can access from the default browser with Airtelfun.com but it doesnt work with opera mini or any other application.In order to access the internet via opera mini you need to set the prefered access point as Airtelgprs.com....ta.

The guys who hv upgrade their filmware version to v9.41, plz help me. I want to know only abot da sound quality after upgrading.??? Is there ne improvement or not??? Plzzz....zzz

I like the phone, but it only has one alarm. My other phones have had at least 5 or more. I'm hoping the firmware upgrade will fix this. Also I have to purchase a data cable, which should just be a standard item.

Hey guys, i bought a 3120 classic 2.5 months ago.The phone is very good except for only one problem that is when i use opera mini or any other network based application the phone says connecting and the E sign appears on the top left corner and after few minutes it says unable to connect.I have the right access point settings and it works fine with the default browser.Please guys help me i cant even update the firmware from 7.16 to the latest one same problem here. I really need your help, cant afford to buy another phone.pls guys help.Any help will be highly appreciated.Thanks

hP memang ok berbaloi walaupun betuk dia tak berapa cantik kat bawah. lonjong sikit kat bawah tu macam lesung batu tapi dengan harga tu ok. itu kalau tak kena tipu macam aku...
ini foto pengkianat tu yg sempat aku ambil kebetulan nak test camera. tapi bila balik baru tahu aku guna resulesian rendah. hati2lah ketika nak beli.

3120 ni ok.tapi aku dah kena tipu harga kat cermin rm 399. bila dah bayar dia akan masukkan game. dan lain2. kemudian dia akan simpan hp kat laci. lepas tu dia minta caj rm 50. kalau tak hp tak akan diberi. kat kedai tu ada tomboi.dan budak seumurya. jawap kos isi data. jangan ingat lah kau org boleh dapat bantuan dari 3org juru jual tu…memang di akan salahkan kau yg tak faham keadaan. so kau org jangan jadi macam aku. padahaltempat lain lagi murah dari kedai ni… menyesal betul aku. jadi kepada sesiapa yg nak beli bawalah kawan ramai2. biar mereka jadi saksi. jangan bagi apa benda sampai hp ada kat meja.jangan beli hp di kedai yg kita tengok ada orang komplin. macam kita nak tahu kedai makan sebelum beli tengok dulu hasil masakan orang yang sudah makan di kedai itu. periksa hp dulu. puas2 dapat barang baru bayar hindarilah kedai ini..
tempat di depan cimb kajang. k do marketing.kedai ni dalam kedai gambar kodak.
kita penat2 cari duit dia sedap2 cekik titik peluh kita….dariitu ingat2lah….patutlah sebelum itu aku tengok ada bangla 2 orang bercakap macam tak puas hati sembil bawa nokia n95 lepas tu si tomboi tu buat bodoh je sambil pulangkan semua barang dari bangla tu. bila ada orang dia terus layan orang tanpa memperdulikan bangla tu. itu pun aku tak perasan lagi bodoh betul aku. biarlah aku menderita. dari kamu semua menjadi kormban si pengkianat.tak guna ini, kecik2 dah pandai meipu dah besar bakal jadi perompak!!…

Anyone knows how to install a document reader (doc, pdf, xls, etc) on 3120? The Samsung L700 has this feature in-built, but a poor screen. If this is not possible, the latter may be better choice.
