I just updated my phone using the update phone software option found in Menu>Settings>Phone>Phone Update. I used packet data and it downloaded v9 from Nokia.com so i don't know about a v10 firmware. And now the video resolution can be set at a maximum of 640x480! I still have to compare quailty but i'm ecstatic about this. Was worried about using a pc to update and now i don't have to.

The quality of plastic used in phone is very bad. Without any hard impact its started forming some cracks and finally no option left other than to replace the set

latest firmware is v10. It fixes issues with the video player thank god for that...

Where do i get the menu for 3G? How do i select and use 3G the internet? How do i make a video call? Please help. Thanks in advance . Feel appreciated!
