i have noticed that there are two models of this phone, one with the qwerty key pad and one with the directional buttons, i was thinking of buying this phone, but not the directional button edition, or when you buy it it comes with both? if anyone has info, please share it with me, ok. thanks in advance

I am using 1GB MMC card. At first the phone did not recognized the card, I tried many different ways, finally, I made. After formatted the 1GB MMC card with my DIGITAL CAMERA, the phone can read the card and now I can download everything inside..

100% confirm can support 1GB MMC card. Depending if you upgrade to the latest firmware.

I instantly fell in love with this phone the moment I bought it because of the design.
Overall the features are well rounded, but I did find the response to be quite slow, and the record feature never really worked for me. It did start to record, but suddenly turned off without warning sort of rebooted, going back to the main screen. Also, listening to music with the heaphones is a treat, but using it's own (loud)speaker is again, below par. You have to be in a realitively quiet environment to be able to enjoy it then.
Apart from these two problems I had (response + record feature) I have never had any problems with it, even though I've been very careless. I especially love it's music player which sounds amazing with the headphones on (appalling without)
Note: I think the biggest memory card (MMC type) the phone can handle is 512MB. Not 100% sure on this though

when O WHEN! will they put out a new version for this cell??? . . . i heard that this didnt cell to good so they have stoped ideas for the future one. . . . straigt up . . this phone is the best phone i have ever had . . . the txting is amazingly smooth and fast . . . one thumb for the directions and other is for numbers . . . as in other phones the buttons are always TOO SMALL! . . . and eeeeevery phone is designed the same now . . . a flip top . . . come on nokia! try ONE more time and this time dont make 2 versions (usa/international) . . just make one! and put your minds in advertising properly! rather than hip hop music videos. . . . lets all hope

i heard there is new model music player Nokia 5200 & Nokia 5300 in town. Are this model really good?. of coz this model have megapixel camera and 262k screen, but how about the music setting function?

at last my nokia 3300 can't be repair anymore, the ic board not stable to receive and send signal. I feel very sad coz i love this phone because of the ability to record radio and equalizer setting for radio function. Will try my luck to find 2nd hand model for the replacement.

It is simply superb. Quality of music and FM radio is awesome. It is the cheapest phone of Nokia because of all the facilities it has.

My brother had this fone, bought it of somebody and he had mistaken it for an N-Gage! He was asking me where are the games? I tlod him about a million times it's NOT an N-gage! Too bad he ain't got an N70 and N73!

I had the 3300 (european version) for 2 years and experienced absolutely no problem... it is the first music phone ever released and it was great... still is... loved it... even now, when I have the N91 music phone (which, technically, is a lot more open), I sometimes miss it. My first love when it comes to phones :)

this phone is for geeks who have nothing better to do than to play games and sit around all day being baby fed by their parents. people who will actually want to buy this phone dont have the dough.

Yes I've heard people ask there are 2 versions of this phone the usa version has the qwerty keyboard on it and has 850-1900 mhz commonly blue or this tan brown color. This version is the european/international version dual band/ so you can't use the usa version overseas and can't neccessarily use the other one in the usa. :(

Ultra cool .. the headset it's wow..a super stereo efect on mp3-s .. super.. i don't think i'm gonna sell this phone soon .. i'm gonna keep this one

i don't think this model still available in the market. Only second hand unit. After all N91 is availabe now.
