I bought this battery https://www.polarcell.de/en/mobile-phone-batteries/nokia/3000-series-polarcell-li-polymer-replacement-battery-for-nokia-3310.html and it works well. It works with the original charger. I also bought a refurbished 3310 a year and a half ago and it came with a replacement charger. That charger seems to be 5V with a 3.5mm barrel connector. I think that is what you are looking for. Something like this https://www.amazon.ca/Abeewell-1-35mm-Adapter-Connector-Charging/dp/B073TY3263 or like this https://www.amazon.ca/LGM-Cable-Charger-Nokia-1600/dp/B07FPCPYS7 should work.
