The radio is in pretty good quality, but you have to make sure it's a good signal from the station you want to listen to.
I have mine now from the end of June and I'm really happy with this phone, only if you have thick fingers like me you can struggle on the D-pad in the beginning but after a while it's OK :-)!

I bought the new Nokia 3310 but found it difficult to put new MP3 ringtones and tried how much to try and did not succeed. Now this model accepts ringtones via the memory card and thank you

A very basic phone for communication. Great value for money. Fantastic battery life. With average use, I need to charge it only once a week. A breakthrough in mobiles. Keep it up Nokia..........

I am a bit confused re the 3G question - I went in to a "3" store about a month ago to enquire re this phone & was told that it would come in 2G for 49.99 & in 3G for 59.99 so is this just a money thing ?

I pre ordered it and that was a good decision since it's out of stock pretty much everywhere here, but I got mine in the first batch of deliveries.
