the sim1 can be 3g and sim2 is only 2g...

I think they are selling at least three different versions of the 3310 3G, with at least two different operating systems, and at least one of those operating systems simply does not support Java apps. Unless they let us flash a different operating system onto it, I think that's that.
(There are also the 2G and 4G models, which also run different operating systems, but I'm just talking about the multiple versions of the 3G model.)

Purchased the 3310 3G a few months ago. It's useless. The backlight function renders the keypad unreadable in daylight. There should be separate backlights for the screen and keypad. It's difficult to see the contents of the screen on a sunny day - maybe black font on a white background would be better than white on black. I'll try to trade it in for something that is actually usable as a phone.

disadvantages:
it cant run all app, i dont even knw the os, it cant send number on texting, dnt have youtube and not udateable
if u need a good feature phone then try tecno t901 or nokia 4410 this phone are super they have Youtube and 4g . Thanks

Can anyone answer me why my nokia 3310 3G dual sim internal/phone storage memory is only 32mb? GSMARENA stated that it is 64mb. My nokia was made in Vietnam. Are there 2 versions of 3310 3G? 32mb and 64mb? Im confused..:(

... morePlease note, you have asked about the 2017 model. This page is about the 2018 model (3G). This reply is for the 3G model, so it might not work on your 2017 model.
Go to your Contacts and click the Menu.
Then choose "Share contacts".
Select one and click the Share icon (right hot menu key)
Then you can choose whether to send by MMS or Bluetooth
I tested on my Nokia 3310 3G just now. Seems to work.
