... morePlease note, you have asked about the 2017 model. This page is about the 2018 model (3G). This reply is for the 3G model, so it might not work on your 2017 model.
Go to your Contacts and click the Menu.
Then choose "Share contacts".
Select one and click the Share icon (right hot menu key)
Then you can choose whether to send by MMS or Bluetooth
I tested on my Nokia 3310 3G just now. Seems to work.
The page for the 2017 model can be found here:

I've tried a few Android smartphones but never found them pleasant to use. Best phones I ever had were the Sony Ericsson feature phones. They still rock to this day, and have been using them for years again up until recently I bought the Nokia 3310 3G
What a disappointment. Feels like no one tested this phone at all. So many flaws it's ridiculous.
The lack of emojis is lame. New phones should support modern emojis. Otherwise I could have just kept using the old Sony Ericsson phones.
And what good is an alarm if it doesn't work when the phone is turned off? SE phones did this right.
When typing a message and wanting an uppercase letter, I have to press # 9 times!!! No brains behind this. Makes it really frustrating to text. On SE phones I press just once to switch to that mode. Also on SE phones I can press # after having typed a word to change upper/lower case letters on that word. The Nokia 3310 just deletes the word when I do that. Lame.
The screen is nice though, and the keys are good for T9 texting, if you disregard the silly input mode-switching. Dual sim is nice if you want to use one phone for work and private. And it's nice to be able to run Java apps, of which I've made quite a few of my own. But as with all other Nokia phones, there's no way to control volume in Java apps, which means the games are ridiculously loud. Goes for the preinstalled games too - demos that you don't have any options to remove.
SE phones has a nice option regarding security in Java apps. You can tell the phone to "Ask once only" when apps requests internet access or file access etc. Not so with Nokia 3310 3G. It'll ask you every single time an app attempts file access.
If you're looking for a great feature phone, this isn't it.
Instead go for any old used Sony Ericsson. They can run the same Java apps - but does it much much faster than the 3310 3G. There's absolutely nothing about the Nokia 3310 3G that indicates it's 10 years newer than the old SE phones.
All of these terrible designs could have been fixed if there was a firmware upgrade option - like all SE phones offered - but that doesn't seem to be the case either.

My 3310 3G does not support Java apps. If I try to open them in the file manager and it just says I don't have the right app to open the file.
I don't doubt that some of these 3310s can run Java, because there are photos of it online, but it seems it's not guaranteed unless you know exactly what you're getting. I definitely have a 3G version because it says I have HSPA in the top corner (H symbol) and I'm using it on the Three network in the UK, which doesn't let you connect 2G phones.
Mine is model TA-1022 with software 30.0.0.17.03, OS MOCOR_W19.16.3_Release, firmware number sc7701_barphone, hardware number 59CC73CLU. Bought from Argos in the UK.
There are other differences too; mine doesn't have an app store, for example, which is seen on some video reviews. (No great loss frankly, but a difference nonetheless.)

The phone is brilliant. Only Issue I have had is the charging port in the handset. Usually takes numerous attempts to get the plug in exactly the right position for connectivity and having said that it's very much hit and miss. Hopefully Nokia will replace the phone under warranty.

this phone for me is 7/10
advantage
-can install, play java games
-decent and longer battery capacity
-brightness adjustment
-it comes a flashlight for emergency purposes
and comfortable t9 keypad
cons
-message center is messy and it can't adjust even font size
-lack of sim contact list support
-preinstalled apps still can't uninstall same with s40 phones
-unorganized menu all installed apps are in menu and it can't make folder just like in symbian/s60 phones
and messy music player all musics are not included in playlist, you need go to file manager in memory card to play your favorite songs
-not a stereo fm radio and it can't delete the fm stations that you don't want to listen that
-and of most of all very buggy os ever i'm former user of nokia c1-01 and s40 is my favorite os alongside with android
i'm happy of this phone becuase of supporting java apps
you don't complain that this phone doesn't have emoji!
you use android or ios instead!

Truth is, I have never been happy with any phone since my first Nokia.. This one leaves icons on the home screen you can't remove, these are for games that aren't really any good anyway... The internet experience is not great but the mp3 is ok... I really need to get away from data consuming smartphones and at least this once does the basics well, it should not try to do apps though, they are a waste of time, whatever limited ones you can download....
