This is an overall good phone, but I have had alot of problems with it. I am on my fourth unit in 10 months. They have all died on me. It seems to be Software issues. When I got it the features were state of the art. Nobody had video recorders on their phone. hell, most people I knew didn't even have camera phones yet.
Some people don't like the size, but thats one of the things I like about it. I don't want a phone that fits right in the palm of my hand, thats nonsense. The size is good, screen is huge. Picture quality is fine by me. The videos arent that great, but hey.
The biggest problem I've found with this phone is the speakerphone/ringing volume. They may as well not even have included a speakerphone when my headphones for my CD player are louder from a couple feet away. Thats sad. I'm with my boys who all have nextel i730's and i830's and their phones BLAST when they ring!!!!!! Granted Nextel sucks with service and the overall phone quality and features... but still. I can hardly hear my phone ring if I'm outside, or in the car w/ the windows down.
At this point I would not buy this phone again, but that is only because of the Technology out today (came pretty far in less than a year). It was good for it's time. But time for the Moto E398 with real speakers. Step your game up Nokia. what good is a phone you can't hear ringing?!

Probably better choise would be 7650. That one have better design.

samsung phone is better? ahahahahah, I never laugh so much! Are you a comedian? I bet you are one more of those smart guys that don't even know what is symbian... and other thing, this is a smartphone, a misc betwen phone and pocket pc! Do you really had one? I bet not or if you have your small brain didn't let you use it as normal people use symbian phones

Its desigh is really suck!Its design make it like a PDA but colour is 4096 colours.Samsung 65k TFT is better than this.Its size which can be said HUGE make me shy to carry it along.....so i buy samsung phones is better

I wrote a long rambling review of this phone a few months ago & I have something to add now- NEVER use Psiloc's software with this phone. It will crash the living hell out of it. I installed a few of their programs, which were made specifically for this phone & designed to work with each other, and I started getting tons of error messages & within an hour of installation, my phone was so messed up that I couldn't even use it. I tried everything, but every time I'd turn it on it'd say something like "appclosed: System" meaning that the main system application was corrupted & could not open. I could not access any menus, so I could not even delete the offending programs. I called tech support, which was worthless. First off, they didn't really listen when I told them the problem, that it was an obvious software clash, they insisted it was something wrong with the phone itself & I'd have to have it fixed. I asked them if there was any type of 'reset' code that would just erase all the date & restore the phone to the way it was when it was made, and they said that whoever I take it to will do that for me, they would not tell me how to do it myself even though I made it clear that if I am knowledgable enough to BUILD my own computer, I think I can reset a damn cell phone. God forbid anyone fix their own shit, right? They told me I had two choices, either mail it in to be fixed & be without my cell for 2 weeks, or take it in to this cell-servicing place in the city & pay a fee for them to re-format it for me. But when I called this place, I found that they do not even service this phone! So by then I'm panicking, and I turn to the internet for help as usual. I typed in "how do I format my nokia 3650" & did a search, and turned up this website- http://www.angelfire.com/pro/nokia3650/#tips
Which held the answer to my problems. It said to punch in *#7370#(write this number down b/c someday you WILL need to do this!) & then enter my lock code & then it totally reformatted itself & has worked perfectly since. I'm telling this story so that anyone else who has this problem can fix their phone as well, without having to PAY someone to punch in a few #'s that they could easily do themselves.

the nokia n-gage have IR and nokia 3650 and 7650 cant find any pic or images on your web so ..........

I am user of this phone.
i have suggestion to people who usin this phone and experiacing laggin or slow start up . they should bring thy phone to nokia care center to update the version, this because nokia [rush for maket release]+[lack of debug time]=[Bug-Laggin of phone]
overall it is a nice. I give 3650 rate of 10/10
