It seems I'm losing faith in this HMD Nokia brand. My two Nokia devices are having hardware issues, Nokia 5 and Nokia 2. Nokia 5,the glue used to hold the screen is given way, opened right side of the phone. Nokia 2, the steel plate covering the battery expanded up making the back cover not to cover the phone. These issues Is due to used of inferior and less quality materials in producing these devices. Old Nokia is known for quality and durability. HMD should try to retain the standard old Nokia had made, to have the love and trust of Nokia fans. The two devices is less than two years l bought them. I'm from Nigeria, Africa.

So log..only facebook and messenger apps installed to my Nokia5 yet it's still loading.. Too many useless built-in apps. 16Internal is useless, system already used almost 75% of the internal memory given. always hanged-up.

I have changed my phone with my provider to a Nokia 5,first of all,because the parameters were tempting!Like ... It's an 8core processor,or the monster capacity,big screen...yeah right...all my favourite games slowed down ,my browsing slowed down,comparing it to my previous sony L1(which,by the way was an amazing phone!!!untill I sold it...now I regret deeply)IT IS A SNAIL!!!The only thing I like in this phone,besides that it's pretty ,is the lifetime of the battery.Well over a day and a half,eaven after a month of usage.A friendly advice to u guys,don't buy this crap...and a friendly advice to the Nokia director's office,go back to making rubber boots,that's something you were doing right,cause obviously you can't make a good cellphone.

"Over any network"
if you have this 1st option selected for "Auto-update apps", then it might be the reason for the wait, try checking it, as it will update apps every time you switch-on the Mobile Data.
If that's not the case, then it needs further investigation.

Worst mobile ever it have back camera issues it having dust and dirt in back camera inside Nokia 5 don't have built in quality don't have dust proof and poor camera quality and overall performance Nokia brand is not good like previous Nokia

Guys, i'm going nuts with my SECOND NOKIA 5!
It's performance is problematic, i can crash it in a few minutes with apps like Google Earth, etc. Using this phone is a real PAIN: https://community.phones.nokia.com/support/discussions/topics/7000022723
Can you please tell me what's the SPEED of the INTERNAL MEMORY (write speed) that you are getting? I'm having a discussion here, and someone says that there is NOT possible that a MEMORY CARD could have better performance than the internal memory, BUT IT DOES! In both my NOKIA 5 (one i returned, the other... still problematic!)
I've used https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.a1dev.sdbench
and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andromeda.androbench2
Results are consistent!
BOTH internal memory and CARD have 50 to 60Mb/s WRITE SPEED!
Any other phone even with unknown chinese brands have MUCH higher internal memory WRITE speed...
