Hello friends.. In my phone i had donloaded a movie of 200mb but when i play it always shows loading after few seconds..when same video i played in s60 v3 using core player,it play very well..So has there any app like core player for nokia 500 as well?.. Which can play all those videos easily..? Please help.. Thanks in advance.. :)

l have been using nokia 500 since feb 2012 and its operation okay except that it sometimes sticks and switches itself off like blacking out.This usually happens when l am making a number of different at the same time.Moreso l have not yet got an update on its system and l wonder if the manufacturers have forgotten it.

overall Have been impressed with it, don't like those big clunky other phones, bought this when it first came out, still using it. on occation it will shut down while texting, lack of avalible apps is disturbing

im using nokia 500 for almost two years. Although it cant run hd games, still there are some 3d games like fruit ninja, need for speed shift and hot pursuit, and others. The battery doesnt heat easily. Easy to use. Very durable. Nokia is the best when it comes to durability. Now that symbian wasnt supported by nokia anymore, we cant download now new apps and games, no software updates. So dont expect now with this phone. The good thing is it functions well when it comes to basic uses 0f mobile phones.

I don't understand something.Is it true ?
- This phone can't run HD games and 3D games !
- Most of sensors games are in HD and can't work on Nokia 500 !
- Even if Qt elements are installed, DJ Turtable can't runned !

Had bought this mid 2012 and it has been really fine, especially its camera and is very sturdy. However since last six months it has been affected by some major bug - it goes offline even in online mode without giving any indication! Have to switch off and on to get it to online mode. Tried formatting twice, been to Nokia care thrice! The only solution seems to be sending it back to company which they said might cost me more than 3k! I hope somebody here can help me fix it...

its the worst phone. Hangs many time and lots and lots of bugs after the update to belle OS.

been using this phone since 11',good entre level phone but no more. anything from web browsing are slow and phone is bugged with no new update.

well, ive been using this phone since 2012. having a symbian phone in this era z a problem no recent apps. u can't go with the flow. i recommend don't go with this phone. moreover this phone is quite durable i hav dropped it like more than thousand times but nothing happens, very stubborn phone. if you're nokia lover then you'll definitely love the phone.
