To guy from telecommunication,I am not heavy user of internet,sms(hate touchscreen),but to have option for YouTube,gps(off internet),good thing,internet radio,so on and couple more,all this for low price,why not,and coll quality is perfect,dont understand why You complain just on phone that has good voice coll,battery with average usage(no internet)3-5days.To close unwanted apps,get app stopper,this dos great job for free.

This phone has serios problems in reacting, and may times blocks itself. Phone is made first for basic use: voice and SMS. If this interface is bad, even Internet o other functions are working good , the phone is BAD.

I am working in electronics telecomunications industry so I am aware about many of industrialization details . I use Nokia 500 since 6 months, phone worked bad but battery very good in "GSM only" condition. 3 weeks ago important phone update, poped up ! After update battery is working only one day (one instead of 5 days like previously).
Product would be nice is software would not have so many failures. It fails many times, even when it is shuting down !!!
And here there is no "task manager" to close applications or even shut down!

2g is too slow connection watch videos,picture is good but there is too much buffering so it hangs all the time,but videos using 3g and wifi works perfectly!
